I would never order anything from this place ever again. I had ordered a side of curly fries when the dummy cooked the curly fries. This stupid Arab put hot grease fries onto a styrofoam to go. The styrofoam had melted from the hot greasy fries and this dummy put another styrofoam to cover up his mistake. The big dumb dumb wouldn’t even make me a new batch of fries or refund my money. I will definitely dispute this charge because their service is very bad. I would rather spend my money at Chick-fil-A because they appreciate their customers. PYRMINDS CAFE YOU SUCKERS FAILED SERVICE AND THE HEALTH INSPECTOR SHOULD CLOSE THIS TRASH OF A PLACE.

We have eaten at pyramids Cafe the Goodlettsville TN location once every week for the past 10 years or more. The food has always been fresh and amazing! However the guy who was there for years is no longer there and they have a new guy cooking the food. Every time we’ve been since he’s been there the food is not the same and it’s horrible. The rice is cold, the tabouli is rotten, and I’ve witness him cut the gyro and place on the grill for two seconds with his spatula and then put it on a. Plate. He is very concerned with staring at women instead of preparing the food properly. When I go he has made me feel very uncomfortable. I am certain he will cause someone to get sick and more importantly lose business. We will not be back to this location until they get rid of him. 10 years of being a loyal customer has been lost because of the current cook.

Everytime I go to order the doordash is cut off. When you go in person they are closed at at different time everyday. If you don't want business just say that.

I ordered the gyro plate. The food was OK, considering it was a mall food court restaurant. I'd say that everything was average. Nothing exciting but overall fair.I would eat there again if at the mall, but would not go out of my way

First time having Greek food and I had to go in twice! The food was so good I had to get more for later! The men working at the counter was very nice and let me try a few samples! My new favorite place!! Everything was made fresh to order! And was AMAZING!!!!!!

Absolute wonderful and friendly. Plus the food fills you up like crazy more then worth the price and will be coming back at every chance I have.

Don't let the fact that this location is in a food court fool you, this is hands down my go to gyro spot, with the best customer service! Fresh great tasting food with something for everyone, and some of the best seasoned fries around!
