Both of our sandwiches have "bacon" in the names, but the 2 skinny little pieces in each weren't any wider than a shoelace. Very disappointing, and nothing like the Sonic we usually visit in another location. Would've been nice if the voice on the speaker at least acknowledged the complaint instead of just disconnecting too.

I ordered two real fruit strawberry slushes also added $.30-$.60 extra for extra strawberries and juice if they’re out of strawberries in a let me know I would understand it and would have changed my order but they didn’t and I didn’t get an extra nothing it was weak from head to toe on both of the young lady that brought them out to me very nice person nice smile good or great I would say great attitude loved her! So now I know there was half price but I didn’t get my moneys worth even don’t have price no extra strawberries no extra juice!

This place is awful. The first time I tried this location, the food took a long time and was cold when it got to me. I decided it was just a fluke and decided to stop and grab a snack wrap before work. After biting into it, I thought the texture felt weird. I looked at the chicken inside and it was RAW in the middle. It took everything in me to not throw up. After reading other reviews, I can’t believe this place is still open. Never again.

Their fries are always cold and hard and everytime I order a smash burger with EXTRA sauce… there is a literal dot of sauce and maybe 4-5 onion dice pieces on my burger.
Tried the new sonic double smasher. What a waste of money. Sauce? Reminds me of the old commercial "where's the beef", but in this case, where's the sauce and the other toppings? Mine had about a pinch of orange sauce, a few chopped onions and a lot of jalapenos that wasn't asked for. Definitely NOT worth the $6.59 for the burger!

I gave 1 stars because I can’t put 0!! I calmly told them my order was wrong and they still continued to make it wrong! The burritos had no egg and they were wrapped with no care!! The manager came back and told us she made them “correctly” and they were still wrong! It wasn’t even the original burritos! Completely different order!!

Apparently, they are too busy on their phones to handle work. I asked for lots of extra ketchup for the tots and an extra BBQ. The girl who brought me my food said ok
10 minutes later, I rang the bell again and asked again. A different girl on her phone came out and handed me a bag with 4 BBQ and 2 ketchup packs. 😑 I gave up. Went to Krystal's, who only has two employers doing their best, get me extra ketchup since Sonic Cant.
