I'm actually super confused and find this comical. I was asked to get a Sundae for a friend. I don't eat here but I was confident they put in the wrong order. I read shake on the screen. I pushed the button and said did you hear I said Sundae? They said yes it's the same thing. After waiting for a while I pushed it again checking on my order saying the word Sundae again. They said yes ma'am your Sundae is coming. What comes out to my vehicle a milkshake! Lol Apparently it's disguised as a hot fudge Sundae.

Rude. Still during the 9 o'clock hour and staff would not answer the button. She would pick it up and hang back up. Pressed 3x until I left. Only thing I wanted was a cup of ice. This has happened multiple times. Smh.

Ordered the #1 which on the menu board was the Sonic smasher. When I got the order and took it back to the office, I noticed the receipt and actual sandwich was a double bacon burger, which is done completely differently. I’d still give it 4 stars but then bacon itself was very rubbery to where I couldn’t eat it and had to take it off the rest of the burger. I’ll be back but for sure going to be more cautious next time.

Great place to eat they are a good group of people and the food is good.
I love the concept of Sonic's but have not often eaten their food. This trip was for drive-through take-out. Ordering was easy and the staffer who helped me repeated everything to be sure my customizations for the hamburgers were all correct. Service was quick- food came out after just a few minutes and was delivered to my car with courtesy and a smile.
The burgers were plump and flavorful with lots of toppings. Fries are crinkle cut but weren't great- they were cooked ahead of time and had gotten soggy and cold before any of the other food did. I left over most of them and they were the main reason I couldn't give 5 stars.
The best item of all? The onion rings are to-die-for. Better than Jack in the Box, and WAYYY better than Burger King. I will be getting onion rings on all future visits to Sonic.

I’ve been to this location a lot recently and I always have this same issue. Nobody ever wants to take my order I usually have to wait up to 20 minutes before I get waited on. Not to mention they aren’t even busy. What is going on?

There was a staple in my kids corn dog stick luckily I caught it before he grabbed it. And there was a staple in the napkins. The napkins were stuck together, I separated them and got popped in the eye. And the straws were missing. Not only that the corn dog wasn’t cooked properly some spots were hot some were cold and the burger I had was not cooked throughly. Disappointed completely worst sonic I’ve ever been too
