Popped over here, and I'm generally not keen on Starbies. We (+1 was 15f) both got food that was warm and good. Her drink was extra this and extra that, and they KILLED IT!!!!
They were polite and seemed happy - I know that's generally a baseline, but I've not seen that to be the case at all coffee shops.
Would actually *recommend* this particular store, which I've not felt about a Starbucks ever, I don't think.
I guess that's pretty good, isn't it?

Okay so I don’t usually do reviews but Natalie at this Starbucks? She’s seriously the best. The other day I was kinda all over the place trying to figure out what I wanted and she was so patient and sweet helping me pick out a drink. Like, she actually listened and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Then the next day I went back and she remembered my name?? That blew me away. Even though the place was packed and crazy busy, she stayed so chill and super friendly the whole time. Honestly, she made my day and I’m definitely coming back just because of her. If you ever get her at the register, you’re lucky!

This has to be the most aesthetically pleasing Starbucks building I’ve ever seen (and as a fiend, I’ve seen many). It is so satisfying in an ASMR way.

This Starbucks makes me want to live here! We've stopped here twice while traveling and both times, the person at the window has been the sweetest! It makes me happy to stay in the area to know when I get up in the morning, I'm going to be greeted with a friendly face! Thank you!

Great coffee place right off the interstate. Not too busy, short wait for order. Mobile ordering available here. Highly recommend.

This was possibly the best Starbucks experience I’ve ever had, Jenn was so sweet and my matcha was perfect!

I’ve been coming to Starbucks for years and know exactly how mobile orders work. When I say I’ve already placed my order, I don’t need someone over the speaker giving me a ‘future reference’ attitude. It’s rude, unnecessary, and makes it clear they don’t understand the situation. I’m not looking for instructions — I expect basic respect and competent service. And I told them no rush then the girl seemed frustrated, this is a coffee shop not the ER.

After being a regimar customer weekly I have decided to no longer come to this location. Customer service is horrible and they act as if they do not want to deal with people (customers) whatsoever.
