Four out of the eight sodas were out, including all diet….obviously due to some supply issues. But I’m leaving 5 stars because the girl that made my sandwich did such a great job. She was quiet, but very good.

Ordered 3 subs and a salad at this location as well as two fountain drinks for pickup order. All 3 of our subs were made ice cold and none were toasted as they were suppose to be. The fountain machine was also out of order. The restaurant claims they called me to let me know but I sent screenshots providing my call logs with 0 missed calls from them. In addition to this, I also sent a screenshot showing that it is correct on my only pickup order. My elderly father picked up for us and wasn’t aware of what the order was suppose to be but I reached out as soon as he arrived home with said order. I am extremely disappointed and requested a refund as I am not going to be able to eat ice cold food and since they contain mayo I won’t be able to reheat it. The food is now in the trash and I will update if the owner agrees to the refund and makes it right since nobody contacted me to communicate anything!

I've ordered 4 sandwiches on two separate occasions from this particular location, and each sandwich is always not as ordered. I don't know if there is an issue with their mobile app, but it's frustrating to not get what you ordered & paid for.

I came to this location at 8:48pm. When I pulled up, I could see there was one customer at the counter. As I was parking, the lady rushed from around the counter to lock the door. Mind you the hours on Google says they close at 9pm, however the sign on the door states that they close at 9:30pm M-F. As I stood there taking a picture the hours sign, she came to the door and said they closed at 8:50 ?...by this time, it was 8:51pm. When she let the customer out, she then said I could come in. No ma'am!! You already turned me away.

Sandwich was ordered with no mayo. Once getting back to work and opening sandwich it had extra mayo. When calling their phone number got a recording saying the number has been disconnected

Ordered lemonade on the app but it wasn’t available in store when I came to pick up my order. I asked for a refund on the drink and the cashier said she couldn’t give me one and I need to get something else. After going back and forth she eventually let me get the bottled lemonade in the fridge. It’s not the customer fault your store is not stocked up on items you have available on the app. I’ve been the kinder subways. RUDE
