Normally The bistro is a bit overpriced but decent this one is the exception. They are understaffed so one person does everything expect them to take their "smoke break" before making your food which if you're expecting toast will come out way undertoasted because their toaster is obviously broken. The Dinner service not much better undercooked tater tots and an ok flat bread because the person doing everything knew to double toast the flat bread which was still soggy but not horrid.Nothing like paying $15 for a single soggy piece of toast

Spent 5 days at the courtyard when I had issues with another local hotel.. The room was clean, comfortable lots of space..the front desk staff were very kind.. But the Bistro staff went above and beyond. What was amazing was the quality of food from a lobby ...everything I tried was awesome..

Three cars were broken into last night with windows broken. They have no security. Will not return We spoke to victim who has to take car to glass shop tomorrow before she can continue her trip. She said there was nothing in the car We had to take everything out of car .

This was reasonably priced and located for a visit to Vanderbilt. The service was good. The room was quiet and comfortable. The room and bathroom were fairly large. Overall, we were able to get a good night's sleep.

We were very pleased with this Marriott just North of Nashville. It may have had recent renovations as everything seemed very fresh and clean. The bed was comfortable. Everyone we encountered in the hotel was friendly and nice. The parking lot was well lit and we felt safe. It was a great stop with easy access to 65 for our way home.

Pros: the room seemed clean until you looked a little deeper, and there were gross stains all over the satay in the room. The bathtubs stopper was broken and pulled out, so I laid a washcloth over the drain and when I pulled it out, it had a disgusting brown ring where the drain had been. The toilet was stopped up. We always use our Marriott rewards when we stay at Marriott however, it is in my husbands name, and even though I had all of his information, they would not let me use it. Therefore I earned no points and could use no points. The Marriott courtyard Goodlettsville is definitely not up to Marriott standards.

A really nice hotel! No frills in decor but very clean and comfortable and I loved the day bed in the room for watching TV. Plenty of restaurants nearby and easy on-off the highway. Staff was very kind.

Absolutely awful. The whole place reeks of cigarettes. Tv reception is horrible. Shower walls have been cracked and damaged and not repaired. Would not recommend to anyone. I paid $135 hoping to have a quality room and actually got a room that I would expect to pay $65 for. I am not sure where the good reviews come from, stay somewhere else.

Drove from Saratoga Springs, NY to TX, needed to lay over, booked this hotel because I am a titanium elite bonvoy member. I spend roughly 50-75% of my year in a hotel. I travel with a medical alert service dog. The man who checked me in gave me a very hard time about my dog, and asked questions that are not legal to ask someone with a service dog, including providing documentation or proof that the dog is a service animal. I’ve never been treated like this at a Marriott, and would suggest Marriott invest in ADA training for their staff at this location, starting with going to the ADA website and reading up on the TWO questions that are allowed to be asked regarding a service dog. My service dog has never been an issue at any or the other Marriott locations I’ve stayed with.

Not worth the price. Took a long time to find someone to check us in. Bathroom door did not close. Iron had residue on it that stained clothes upon use then couldn’t be used. Room was small. Sofa bed was a tiny single. Only there 10 hours but charged $5 for wi-fi. Other hotels in area include wi-fi & breakfast, this one did not. Not sure why it was rated well and expensive. Room was fairly clean otherwise and filtered water machine in gym was nice.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in June 2022. The hotel and room were very clean and comfortable. I’d highly recommend, if it weren’t for the fact that the teenage crime is currently very high in the area, told to me by the police officer who was writing up the report for our smashed in passenger side window of our recently new car. No security cameras onsite. Two months earlier, we stayed in another hotel down the street and at 5:30am, when we were packing up our car to head home, the hotel manager walked us to our car as the nearby gas station was just robbed at gunpoint and the person headed over in the direction of the hotel we were just leaving. Great hotels, but risky area to park your vehicle. Good luck!

Friendly staff and nice variety.

What started as a pleasant long stay turned bad after several nights being awoken by itching during the night. Finally I couldn't take it, got up to inspect, and found a bed bug. I killed it and informed the front desk and was offered a room to move to, but as it was 6AM and I would have lots to pack because it was a long-stay, I said I'd start packing and wait to speak to the manager before changing rooms. Around 10AM I spoke to a manager who assured me that their staff are trained to spot signs of infestation and they would have a company to come perform an inspection on the room. They moved me from the infested room into a dirty room. The room they moved me to had (what I hope was) white frosting/sauce and food remnants all over the ottoman. They told me this was because the room "was cleaned quickly because YOU requested to move, so maybe the maid missed a spot" Should I feel like I'm asking for special treatment because my room had bed bugs? The maid was asked to clean the ottoman. She cleaned half of the ottoman and left some crusted sauce there to linger. Maybe she didn't see the other spots? Anyhow, is the staff that couldn't or wouldn't effectively clean an ottoman the same staff expertly trained to spot bed bug infestations? After waiting all day for the results from the inspection and only being updated of the results after inquiring about them that evening, the manager made no attempt to arrange for treatment of my belongings to ensure that I don't inadvertently bring any bugs home with me because according to the report the situation was not severe enough to warrant any further assistance. I was advised that I could use the on-site coin-operated laundry to wash my clothes, and if I want to leave I could get refunded for 2 nights. I'm not in a situation where it's easy for me to move, and it seems that in no way were damages involving several nights of disturbed sleep, missed work meetings, swollen itchy bites on my body, and worry about the potential of having all my luggage/clothes/backpack/laptop cases potentially infected ever considered. I expected quality from an international reputable chain hotel like the Marriott, but the experience is that of a 1-star motel that would have cost me half the price.

We had to get a hotel room last second after midnight. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by the night auditor, Barbara, who showed us nothing but kindness, and hospitality. She asked us about our night and gave us kind words. She was extremely accommodating, and went out of her way to make us feel welcomed.

If you are traveling I65 north the Courtyard in Goodletsville is a good place for an overnight stay. It’s in a quiet area, offers free parking and the rooms have all what’s needed. One can even open a window. Maybe a bit of a downside is, that there are no complimentary beverages offered. A bottle of water cost money even for Marriott rewards elite members. Same with a coffee in the morning offered from the Starbucks on site only. I’ll come back when in the area.
