Really enjoyed our server and the service he provided. He had a good energy. Overall food was quite good, my family really enjoyed theirs! Unfortunately I was disappointed in my egg white omelet. It was lying in a pool or grease, which was less than ideal for a “healthy” breakfast.

I specifically communicated with my server that I was unhappy with the food I received. She walked away laughing. I didnt recieve part of my order i was charged for.. all in all super frustrating and disappointing I have never had such terrible service anywhere. I will never return and wont recommend anymore. Paid $13 for a ruben sandwich and fries with literally two deli sliced pieces of meat on it. To add insult to injury, before ordering I asked if I could have double meat on my sandwich. Server said that wasnt possible. Went and check and then said it would be $5 more so I passed. What do the sandwiches come in frozen packages? What has happened to this restaurant it used to be good
I will add this is the first time in 15 years I have been upset enough to not leave a tip. I tip over 30% as a rule - Im honestly sorry that I didnt tip but this was just such a bad experience

We try local restaurants while traveling. The food at Uncle John's was delicious, fresh and great portion sizes. If you leave hungry it's your own fault. A place we have starred and hope to visit again!

This was my second attempt at a cheeseburger here, thinking maybe the first time was just an off day.
Nope. Same result.
Each time they cooked the burger way too long, until it was charred, tasted slightly burnt, and was thoroughly dry. To make matters worse it was a $13 cheeseburger. That’s too much even if it was a great burger. Won’t do that again.
The place is always packed at lunch tho, and they have a ton of great reviews, so maybe it is just a situation where burgers just aren’t their thing.
The place looks and smells clean tho, and the servers work hard, are super friendly and attentive.
Plenty of parking … even had a little kid running around the restaurant, so I would assume they are kid friendly.

I never leave reviews. We eat out a lot. I called in a to go order on my way home from work. I’m allergic to pork, so I ordered the club sandwich no ham no bacon. The woman on the phone said, “hang on” then came back to inform me that they will not do that because it’s too much work. I explained I was unable to consume pork and told them I do not want anything extra on my sandwich. Again, she put me on hold and then came back and said “fine” I went in and the minute I did the unprofessional staff was so rude. Hateful, glaring and basically treated me awful. My sandwich was sloppily made. I will never ever go back. Most unprofessional establishments ever.
