This was the best food I’ve ever ate at an Arby’s in my life!!! Ordered jalapeno poppers, crinkled fries, potato cakes, roast beef slider and cheeseburger. It was made fresh and came out the perfect temper. My boyfriend and I could not stop eating it and commenting on how incredibly good it was. High recommend it while traveling along I-40.
Also, great staff and very clean.

Idk how you can mess up taking an order especially when you ask questions specific to that item. All I wanted was gyro. It was carry out. Pretty sure the lady who took my order and bagged the order was the manager for the shift. But she was also busy on looking at the phone and trying to million other things while 4 other workers in the back that look calm and capable of doing their job. Its not like arbys is very busy. But I love 30mins from arby's. All I wanted was a refund for my food only not anything else. But somehow we cant give card refunds over the phone which I find hard to believe since I seen plenty of other fast-food places do it. She even started getting snippy with me. Call corporate and just got a full a refund.

Food was passable. But it took 20+ minutes to exit parking lot. Easy to get in, impossible to get out. Trucks from neighboring truck stop make it way harder - they need a stop light. Avoid until this is fixed.

It’s a little ridiculous to have to pay 30$ for two meals at a mediocre fast food place, it’s even more ridiculous when they can’t even make it edible. I get it’s fast food and it’s not gonna be perfect but it was more acceptable when it wasn’t the same price as eating at a real restaurant with actually good food. If we are gonna be paying this much the least you can do is train your people to put together a sandwich. If you wouldn’t eat it or find it appetizing looking, don’t send it out, simple.

We had to wait a few min to place our order no big deal, one of the team members brought our food to the counter and hurried and walked off, my husband stood there waiting for someone to come back so he could get condiments, no one came back after 5 min so he brought the food to the table. I went to the counter and stood there for about 4 min and finally yelled can i please have some condiments 3 times before anyone heard me. A man came around and nicely gave me ketchup and arbys sauce. Went back to my table and Opened up my food and the roast beef was hard in a lot of spots and cold. Took the food back to the counter and stood there for about 3 min and yelled out can I please get some service. A man came to the counter and I told him what was wrong he went to go fix my sandwich and brought me a new one to the counter and Then told me he fixes the food as ordered. I took the sandwich to my table and the roast beef was cold and the bun felt like it just came from a cooler. I was so hungry I just ate it and it tasted wierd. I have been in a meeting since 10 am this morning and up since 6am, I had ate half a sandwich all day a nice hot meal would have been great. We will never be back. And in my opinion the customer service was a very low grade of good service. I would not recommend this Arby's.
