This is a not so hidden gem in Carthage. They have great service. The food is absolutely delicious. Every time I have been there I have had a great experience. The fajita taco salad is delicious. I work in this area alot and this is always a go to! If you have not tried this place and bright colored walls and decor isn't your vibe you will love this modern minimalist vibe that they have.
Take Cash! Their service is usually really good. The food is great. They have more tables than parking so if you can't get a parking spot it's okay. We have NEVER had to wait on a table even when they are their busiest.

My husband had the Mexican burger minus the bun and fries.
It came covered with corn and melted cheese. He said it was good.
I had the grilled chicken salad. It was a lettuce and tomato salad with a pineapple ring on top then plenty of delicious grilled chicken pieces. I put ranch dressing on it and enjoyed about half of it because it was so big. We had the churros for dessert and they were good.
