We ordered an 8 piece meal and asked to change out the wings. Were told that was fine just had to be half original half crispy. (Wanted original but ok) We ended up with wings and all pieces were extra crispy and really over cooked. Would have taken it back if we hadn't driven so far to get it. Not the best experience.

We drove in from Lebanon TN to this location because the local KFC locations have small bland food and has very poor service. So we decided to drive a little bit in the opposite way and found what we have been missing. The chicken was meaty and the cole slaw was fresh, We have been missing so much flavor at other locations. As often as we can, we'll make the drive here. I hope this is a regular thing !

It's sad that you build across the street from a truck stop and won't allow truckers to order from the drive-through once you close the lobby. Truckers don't have options to go home and fix food, They sleep in their truck. You built here because we made it a busy spot. And if we brought our 18 wheeler here to go through the drive-through we'd take out 1/2 the building. Thanks for feeding the hungry backbone of America.

Love this place when we can't decide what to eat. This is a KFC Taco Bell. Something for everyone. Always clean.
$15.56 for a five piece Tender Box for my daughter $15 for some tenders and the fries weren't even filled up they were old fries and the drinks didn't even taste good the service was not good at all I won't go back

Not happy with my service, I came inside because there were several cars in the drive and i ordered 2burittos which took over 30mins standing inside to get my food. I have never sit and waited this long for anything unless I was somewhere sitting down to eat.
