We just had a really great experience with the staff at this KFC. The woman who ordered before us jumped up when asked if she had the last order for a pot pie (it was mine), and offered something else instead because they didn’t have time to cook 2 quickly. She got her bag, looked in it and found the pot pie, and covered it up. Then took her bag outside and came back in to “wait for the rest of her order,” and told them she hadn’t gotten anything. We explained the situation and got our food (with chicken strips instead of the pot pie), and when they apologized we said we understood, she had tried to scam them and get our food too. When we finished eating, the cook brought us a to go pot pie in thanks for our good natured response. We will definitely be back!

It’s not the first time I’ve arrived a bit late at a KFC restaurant, but at other locations I’ve always been served with kindness and understanding. I’m convinced that I would have been served here as well if it hadn’t been for this young lady who claims to be the manager.
The employees at this restaurant should show more respect and empathy. They should understand that they too are customers somewhere else, and surely they wouldn’t like to be treated the same way they treat others

Had a great experience at this KFC yesterday. Everyone was so nice and patient, food was excellent, overall great visit. My husband said the only downside was the bathroom stall doors don't lock super great.

Was great food fast service clean eating area inside and ou!! We sat outside it was great!!!
We ordered an 8 piece meal and asked to change out the wings. Were told that was fine just had to be half original half crispy. (Wanted original but ok) We ended up with wings and all pieces were extra crispy and really over cooked. Would have taken it back if we hadn't driven so far to get it. Not the best experience.

We drove in from Lebanon TN to this location because the local KFC locations have small bland food and has very poor service. So we decided to drive a little bit in the opposite way and found what we have been missing. The chicken was meaty and the cole slaw was fresh, We have been missing so much flavor at other locations. As often as we can, we'll make the drive here. I hope this is a regular thing !

It's sad that you build across the street from a truck stop and won't allow truckers to order from the drive-through once you close the lobby. Truckers don't have options to go home and fix food, They sleep in their truck. You built here because we made it a busy spot. And if we brought our 18 wheeler here to go through the drive-through we'd take out 1/2 the building. Thanks for feeding the hungry backbone of America.
