If I wanted to wait in the parking lot for my food for 20 minute I would go to Sonic. This McDonalds is the worst I’ve ever seen. Always slow and never the right order.

Super slow service even though there was only one person in front of me and although I was going to dine in it was so cold I chose to eat in my vehicle. The staff was very nice with the exception of the young lady at the register who seemed annoyed and bored with her job.

Had to clean our own table. Cashier couldn’t wait for us to be finished so she could talk to her Mom. Didn’t give us a table number because she rushed off. There were less than 10 people in the restaurant

Every time no matter if it’s in the morning or afternoon, ordering 2 iced coffees leads to pulling over to wait 15-20 minutes for them to make it, then there’s always an error in the coffees where it’s the wrong size or getting a hot coffee. Worst service where they get overwhelmed with just 2 cars on line.

This is the worst by far worst mcds ive ever been to!!!!!!!!! I get a caramel frappee every day and i always get extra carmel. Every time ive been to this mcdS it has maybe a half teaspoon on it .
Their drive thru attendant is really cool.. sounded just an AI voice, truly human & very courteous.

Stop here on the way to my destination only two people working so it took forever for my order I wanted a frappe of course their machine was down also I ordered two apple pies they never gave me my apple pies but I paid for them and didn't realize it till I was already on the road and wasn't going back really need to step up your game at this establishment unacceptable
