During a recent road trip, we stopped at the Gordonsville, TN McDonald's for a quick breakfast and a bathroom break. I noticed that the floor was dirty when I entered, but that wasn't a huge deal, it had been raining. Went in the ladies restroom and was completely grossed out. It was FILTHY. From the toilet (inside and out) to the sink area, floor, door, walls!I got my order and left. The Egg McMuffins were cold and stale. The hashbrown was very greasy. All of the sandwiches were poorly assembled and poorly wrapped. The Egg Sausage Biscuit was hardly wrapped at all and fell out of the wrapper while it was still in the sack.Shame on this manager and franchise owner!

I order Mickey D's using the mobile app almost 5 days per week. There are 3 stores I could order from, on my route to work... But, I always choose this location. The drive thru is super speedy, the employees are always friendly and the food is consistently hot and fresh!!! Great job, y'all. The Mickey D's in Mt. Juliet, on Lebanon Rd could take a lesson from you!

These fine hard-working employees were so busy smoking cigarettes outside that they didn't have time to put my fries in the container they just threw them in the bag ,threw my cheeseburger in the bag not even put together i had to piece it together as well fight the 8pbs of Grease it was soaked in.The best part is they can't count to 6..Ordered a '6' six- piece nugget and only got 5.It's ashamed that you spend your hard earned money, and these moron crack heads can't even do their job

There's only one way to make this review and it's horrible review. This is one of the mcdonald's that has nothing but the keos to Order food and every single person who ordered food. When I was there had problems or there weren't enough? Information 2 allow you to order your food Like one normally would also there was no drink Fountain or napkins or anything that is normally out at a McDonald's. This is a horrible odd idea avoid this store like the plague

Super ineffective; they have this system where you place your order in the drive through, then they have every car pull around to wait. Then, one employee runs around to each car with only one order in their hand at a time, asking what they ordered. There is no tracking system, and it takes an inordinate amount of time.
