I want to give a special Thank You to Conrad who made our lunch experience today exceptional! He was polite, professional & down right funny. His interaction with guests should be mirrored by other employees. Service was fast and our lunch was delicious. A shout out to the cooks as well!

I walked from across the street to get a meal, it was 8:30 pm and the service hours said they would close at 9:30. I was refused a service and was told that the restaurant was already closed.. 👎

This Taco Bell still serves the Chili Cheese Burrito aka Chilito. It's the only TB on the long stretch on I-40 between Memphis and Knoxville. Ask for it to be extra steamed and it will transport you back to the 1990s! Please never get rid of it!

Food (Chicken) was dry. The server was amazing. Atmosphere, numerous boxes stack in corner of dining room and a employee taking a nap in a booth. This all happened on Sept 6th, 2024.

That John Crow fella made this the most memorable experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Dude definitely needs a raise. The bathroom had more of a Denny's vibe and less of a KFC/Taco bell vibe. 10/10 though.
This place is awful. The workers are so disrespectful and I WILL be calling the owners. My cousin is legally blind and the workers kept rushing her. They told her to go ahead and sit there till nine if she wanted to with an attitude. And then these little girls were laughing at her. That's discrimination if ive ever seen it. They SHOULD be fired. The whole business should be closed since clearly the interviewers did the worst job.

Extremely rude staff. Or should I say children. Being legally blind and struggling to see the menu while being harrassed was ridiculous. Will not be coming here again. Also clearly have the incorrect times of operation posted. Worst experience ever. Don't even waste a minute of your life. Just come by Cheers! :)
