We had a wonderful time staying at the resort. The scenery and the grounds are absolutely stunning. There were wildflowers everywhere. The food at the restaurant was great, service was prompt. Our room was clean and very comfortable. My favorite part was sitting out on the porch and just enjoying fresh air, watching the humming birds and purple martins. This review is for the restaurant. We've eaten here twice (lunch and dinner). The food here is first rate (kudos to the kitchen). The dinner table service, not so much. It took awhile for the waitress to show up at our table (the place wasn't empty but not super busy either). Food arrived quickly (due I think to the kitchen being well run). We have been to Wildwood Resort three times now. This last time we got married at the pavilion. They have the most beautiful sunsets. The restaurant food and staff are amazing. Every experience is perfect and we will be back again soon. We absolutely love it here.
