This place loves to charge you for things without actually doing them. The last 6 chicken sandwiches I have ordered with cheese ended up not having any when I got home. It’s no problem for you to charge me 60 cents per sandwich but I guess the cheese is too much effort. Would’ve loved to talk to a manager but your phone is always busy for some reason.

If you don't like your job find a new one. I did nothing for the lady handing me the bag to be disrespected and talked down to. There was zero reason to be disrespectful to me, especially since I was nothing but nice and respectful to her. The gentleman that took my money, he was awesome and should give a class to there lady handing the food out the window. Probably won't be back here.

Burger King is my oldest son's fave place to eat. This specific location is quick, accurate and in the case something in the order is wrong, they fix it immediately and give the option to pick up as long as you give your name and the receipt number and time of sale. Its clean, staff is friendly, bathrooms are always clean. I give this location 5 stars and recommendations always.

They upgraded the app so you can order without a bun! YAY!! We went primarily for the new SpongeBob meals for the kids. The burgers were really unique. Son said the pie was AMAZING! But they were out of the frozen drink that is supposed to come with it. I ordered without a bun, since no GF option, and the cheese was so lopsided 😄 and I asked for extra mayo. Which i get without a bun, maybe they didnt want to put mayo on it bc it would be messy, but they didnt even give me the packets. We had to ask. All in all, it was mid. Fast food for a family of four now costs like $60. So I have higher expectations than what I got. 😵

This Burger King is the best run of any I have ever been to. The place is always super clean and everything is done right.
This is the best Burger King I have visited. My order was ready almost as soon as I placed it. The employees are friendly and professional and the restaurant was very clean. I will drive the extra 10 minutes to go to this location over the Jonesborough one.

We stopped there for breakfast. got a large coffee. the rim of the cup was crumpled so the cap was not able to fit tightly. when I took the cup near the top the cap came off and I was burned and soaked in coffee. The woman who served us got instantly defensive and never even asked if I was OK. she was clearly angry that I asked for more napkins. this is not how to treat customers! will never go back.
