How do you run out of all sodas , pretzels, cheese curds and onion rings only have fries and mello yellow who is doing the truck ordering ??? Time I come through here and the last month or so you’re out of almost everything get it together especially when you’re charging high prices

Went in and stood at the counter for 20 minutes and never seen a single person working there. Had to leave and go somewhere else.

This location is basically ran by a bunch of teenagers who simply don’t care. Blizzards are always half melted and never “flipped” so you KNOW they’re for sure melted. They’ve remade several blizzards for me on a couple of occasions but today I was so over it. We ordered two meals with two drinks. The drinks were supposed to be diet…they were not. We also ordered large drinks and they were only half full with no ice…The food looked like it had literally just been thrown together, we basically had to rebuild my husband’s burger, no napkins and when we asked for ketchup at the window the guy handed us 2 packets and called it a day. I’m usually not one to write reviews like this but this dairy queen location is probably the worst in the tri cities.

how do you call this a reeces blizzard? Not even halfway through and there’s nothing at the bottom.

I usually have no problem here but tonight imparticular really frustrated me. When we drove up everything we tried to order they said they was out of. It wouldnt have been bad if it was 1 or 2 items but atleast 6 items we asked for they said they was out of. We finally found something they had, i ordered a hotdog with chilli and cheese and had to get fries because they was out of cheese curds. They was also out of almost every blizzard flavor. When I got my food it was thrown in the bag the fries was all in the bag and the chilli and cheese hot dog was all over the box they put it in. They gave me zero napkins and I couldnt eat the hotdog without dripping or getting it all over me or my vehicle. The chilli and cheese wasnt even on the hot dog it was all over everything but the hot dog.Very bad experience and ive never has a issue until tonight and it seemed as if they wasnt prepared or cared for quality of service very frustrating. Its all about the experience and tonight they failed to be prepared or prepared to care about service and quality of food delivered to customers.

Everytime I come here and they say they are out of an ingredient and can’t make my order when just a little bit of creativity involved would’ve allowed them to still make the rest of the order and then modify or change the one item. Honestly terrible customer service. Pay them more for better employees or pay them less for the quality and charge me less for the ice cream something has to give.

The teenagers working the night shift are very rude and always mess up my order. After explaining to them my order they always seem to get it wrong. And when asking to remake and correct my order they give me the worst attitude. They really need to work on their customer service.

The people behind the counter are a joke. Only one girl actually working. The other girl who made our blizzards had more on her hands than in the cup - GROSS!! She gave us our two blizzards and said “have a nice day”. Ummm we ordered FOOD too! “Ohhhhh let me check”. That took another 10 mins (we ordered on the app, which said it would be ready at 3:00, we left with our food at 3:20 because of the guy I will tell you about next). Then a guy came in with a basket of candles and soap and all the workers were like “one sec let me go get cash from my car”. WHATTT??!!!! Where is my food??? And why are you stopping work to buy stuff from a guy who just walked in?! The food sucks, the service sucks, and I won’t ever be back to this location. It’s dirty and no one cares if you get what you paid for or not. Pathetic.

Serious question. HOW HARD IS IT!? Someone tells you what they want, you put it in the bag and that’s it! This location is absolutely pathetic. Use drive through at your own risk because I promise you will be missing most of what you ordered. So you may say I’ll go inside. Sure after you deal with the dated and dirty building, sticky floors and pot heads that work in there you’ll still be missing stuff from your order. What you do get won’t be very good either. I ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard and pickles. Literally a DROP of ketchup and maybe 2 drops of mustard with 2 pickles. He thanks.. This isn’t a one time thing. Our boys like their ice cream so we burn our money on the crap food there for them but it’s always this bad. Btw you forgot the fries in this order also! DQ isn’t what it used to be and this location shows it. Again; just pathetic
