The teenagers working the night shift are very rude and always mess up my order. After explaining to them my order they always seem to get it wrong. And when asking to remake and correct my order they give me the worst attitude. They really need to work on their customer service.

The people behind the counter are a joke. Only one girl actually working. The other girl who made our blizzards had more on her hands than in the cup - GROSS!! She gave us our two blizzards and said “have a nice day”. Ummm we ordered FOOD too! “Ohhhhh let me check”. That took another 10 mins (we ordered on the app, which said it would be ready at 3:00, we left with our food at 3:20 because of the guy I will tell you about next). Then a guy came in with a basket of candles and soap and all the workers were like “one sec let me go get cash from my car”. WHATTT??!!!! Where is my food??? And why are you stopping work to buy stuff from a guy who just walked in?! The food sucks, the service sucks, and I won’t ever be back to this location. It’s dirty and no one cares if you get what you paid for or not. Pathetic.

Serious question. HOW HARD IS IT!? Someone tells you what they want, you put it in the bag and that’s it! This location is absolutely pathetic. Use drive through at your own risk because I promise you will be missing most of what you ordered. So you may say I’ll go inside. Sure after you deal with the dated and dirty building, sticky floors and pot heads that work in there you’ll still be missing stuff from your order. What you do get won’t be very good either. I ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard and pickles. Literally a DROP of ketchup and maybe 2 drops of mustard with 2 pickles. He thanks.. This isn’t a one time thing. Our boys like their ice cream so we burn our money on the crap food there for them but it’s always this bad. Btw you forgot the fries in this order also! DQ isn’t what it used to be and this location shows it. Again; just pathetic

Was very slow waiting for good 10-15 to order and another 10 min to actually get our blizzards. It was HALF MELTED, and so much so they placed our blizzards into another cup to prevent spillover. They didn’t hold it upside down. We we’re headed off to a job so the wait was long enough to ask for them to redo it. Not the first time this happened to us and just not worth our hard earned money anymore. 11/19/24 on receipt the employee name is Becky. Around lunchtime . The manager didn’t train there employees well. And didnt have enough staff to run things fast and efficiently.

The order was wrong yet again. 2 item blizzard, somehow is rarely right . Icecream was soft almost to the point of liquid. Long gone are the days of a full cup tipped upsidedown with a smile.

This past Friday morning i ordered through the drive through. The supposed day mgr up front is who waited on me, unfortunately. When she opened the window she looked like she never owned a toothbrush. She smelled horrible. Looked like she hadn't showered in a very long time. I asked to speak with her manager and she let me know she was the mgr. I put my car in gear and drove away. If you can't manage personal hygiene how can you manage a restaurant. I don't think I will ever patronize this Dairy Queen again. The thought of someone that unclean handling my food sickens me.

Just watched two employees ruff house and slap box in front of the store, during rush at 5 pm, then proceeded to hang from the awning like a money after grabbing the other employees hat proceeds to run inside and hold the door shut as both employees were pulling and yanking on door. And these people playing around doing everything I know you'd get fired for anywhere else then both go inside after this front of store display. Images what's happening when they cook your food..... I don't want to think about what they're doing to people's food for "fun" talked to the manager that was on duty today 9-5-24 unaware both employees were even outside, let alone everything they were doing in front of the storefront.

3 orders in a row... I've asked for BBQ they always send gravy... I don't understand how hard it is to read. Even when I ask for it. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I feel like management just doesn't care at this location.

The restaurant was clean when we arrived. We were greeted as we approached the front counter. The employees were very friendly and helpful as we placed our order, even giving us recommendations on a blizzard flavor to try. We received our drink cup and sat down while waiting for the food. It only took a couple minutes for our food to be delivered to the table. The food was hot and tasted great. I can easily recommend this location.
