Will start going to a different dunkin, the food is overcooked and the employees need a retraining, the lady at the drive thru was rude and had a hateful tone this morning she acted like she hated the world, she also doesn't say please thank you etc just like everybody else here. people here are a joke

Every time i go here either sherry or capri handle my order and every time its wrong. One of them is always on their phone and the other just don’t treat their employees right. They always ignore people and never greet them when they walk in and if you step up to order they give you a dirty look. Rude as hell. Plus i have to wait. Not ok

If you’re going to go to this particular Dunkin’ Donuts, just get the coffee the food is a disaster. There’s no other way to describe it only that the person making the food obviously doesn’t care and the manager allowing this stuff to go out should be fired along with the I don’t care that I sent out Burnt bagels uncooked hash browns note two other times before just as bad, as for the girls working there friendly and accommodating thus the two stars and the coffee

I pulled in, drove around the building and left. I got there at 6 pm. Parking lot was pitch black and the store looked like it was closed. Turn some damn lights on.

On this visit, the drive thru line was wrapped around the building, so I went inside to order. There was no loo one inside, but the staff were busy making the orders for the drive thru. As soon as someone was free, they took my order. This was only a minute or two. As I expected, my order was filled along with the orders from the drive thru, so my wait was only a few minutes to get my order. Both my drink and my sandwich were made as ordered. The food at this store is pretty consistent in quality and preparation. I've only had a couple times where my order has an issue, but they were quick to offer a replacement. The customer service keeps me coming back.

Went in and ordered a single glazed donut and a hot chocolate. Waited about 10 minutes for my hot chocolate and then asked which the lady stated in they gave it to drive through order and it would be about another 10 minute wait. Which I just left. This was the worst experience I have had a Dunkin but it seems like the crew is very untrained.

Great experience workers were friendly and very helpful as we made a few changes. They dealt with it with great spirits and smiles
First fast food experience in ages where their blender was broken so they ran to the store next-door and bought a new blender to make frozen drinks. Normally, you just have to deal with the fact that the blender is broken. I love that can-do attitude & great service.

First fast food experience in ages where their blender was broken so they ran to the store next-door and bought a new blender to make frozen drinks. Normally, you just have to deal with the fact that the blender is broken. I love that can-do attitude & great service.
