I have been to this location several times and have been missing a piece of chicken out of a bucket wrong sides and just learned today that apparently you can only get Sauce if you order tenders or nuggets without a charge. if you order a meal, you should be able to get sauce with especially when on the window you advertise “you’ve got the sauces covered”

Ordered my food on a Saturday at 12:52 didn't get my food until 1:35 no one in drive thru only 3 customers in lobby and 5 employees working smh I would not eat here again.

Love the gray tn location the south roan location is nasty and they seem to never have extra crispy chicken available. Also we usually get a 2pc leg and thigh combo and the chicken is usually to done and no meat on the leg. Last time you could see the end thin part of the chicken leg bone and it was cooked to long and had a shriveled look too it. When we address this to the employee we got an attitude back. So we don't eat at the roan location at all.

Watch this place, they are crooks. Older lady at the counter not happy with her life choices told me the meal came with 7 pieces I pointed to the sign that said 8 pieces she was not happy (again) and just said Oh I guess I just lied to you. Then still gave me 7 pieces!🤯 Also wanted to upsize my sides she said that's not possible with a meal. I know it is because I did it 2 days ago at a different KFC so maybe its just this store who can't or won't do it. I am overweight so I'm used to this treatment but just wanted to warn anyone else before they go here.

After waiting for our order for 40 minutes the chicken and the potatoes were cold and the coleslaw was warm. Over all a terrible experience and nasty food. There was nothing there that I would recommend to anybody but someone I really disliked.

We got the chicken bites and the mashed potato bowl, but the chicken was rubbery when we bit into it, and they were lukewarm like they only threw it on the grill to heat up
