Renee and Cody were the only 2 people who showed up for work Sunday with the bad weather conditions. I placed on online pick up order and proceeded to the Gray location. Only when I arrived did I find out that they were the only 2 folks working. Cody has only been there a couple of weeks.
They were sinking and yet getting to stay afloat. I didn't get what I ordered but they took care of me. They were not treated well by some on the drive thru customers. Cody kept his cool and maintained professionalism as he told people they were only operating with 2 people. Renee was doing her best to keep the orders going out.
Through the adversity and mean customers, they still prevailed, working together and trying to keep the orders flowing, all while maintaining professionalism with a smile.
My hat goes off to these two individuals. KFC is lucky to have them.

I ordered from the KFC app and waited roughly 30 min as requested then got the signal that my order was ready. I went to the drive thru and apparently this was a surprise to the staff. I was asked to wait for God knows how long then asked for a refund. I was then told to call some number, I finally was able to get thru and get my refund. This is not the first time its happened at this location. Once my wife and I waited almost an hour for a bucket of chicken. WTH, its like the KFC in Gray is shocked you are asking for chicken and never have any on standby. DO NOT GO HERE ITS AWFUL!!!

Food is great but why cant they get an order right. And when u mess up a mashed potato no gravy why would it make it ok to just write my name down for mashed potato no gravy and make me come 10 miles to get what they forgot. Math aint mathin

Our chicken was not cooked properly and was raw even our chicken wings. We have been here more than once and the food has always been terrible. Needless to say we won’t be returning anymore. We were just hoping that they would hire employees that actually care and want to put out good quality food.

The staff is often friendly but they can't seem to ever get an order right. They always give the wrong sides and make a mess of any tossed wings. When I say mess I mean the sauce is covering the inside of the bag. Other than this, its a lovely place. Tasty chicken and clean indoors. The multiple messed up orders (about 4) will prevent me from ever coming back.

This KFC has gone downhill very quickly. Three of my last four orders from there were wrong. They took care of ONLY one of them by writing my name in a book, so I’ve got that going for me. 🫡 That’s a joke in more ways than one. This last time they completely forgot a whole bucket of my chicken. After trying to take care of this for an HOUR, the SAME KFC manager said it was not her responsibility that I had to speak to DoorDash, the company that works for KFC by the way. DoorDash said they would accept responsibility and I would get reimbursed in about a month. So this KFC is definitely problematic for anyone ordering home delivery, mark my words. 🙂

The past few times I have went to this location has been awful. I usually order a Large dr pepper with 6 shots of vanilla, im charged extra for the extra vanilla but im only getting maybe 1 shot of vanilla in my drink. Its ridiculous. Only 3 out of 10 times ive been, I have actually gotten the extra vanilla. Extremely disappointing.
Oooohhhh how dare you guys serve me raw chicken ?!!!! I waited 45 mins for you guys to cook the wings and you still end up giving me the old chicken and undercooked at that . I didn’t realize it was undercooked until I looked down at my food . You guys really need to be ashamed of yourself . I definitely will be contacting corporate about this matter .

Extremely polite and friendly manager! He kindly walked us through the menu and answered all our questions - thank you, sir! The place was clean and beautiful, and the food was delicious. What a pleasant experience!

Worst KFC in the area!! Went two nights in a row.. Oct.1st , they had a twenty five minute wait on all orders. Opted not to wait. Went back Oct.2nd , they have a fifty five minute wait on all orders.. Why not just close?? Tried twice, will not be back for a third!!!

I've been here several times now. The service as far as friendliness is always awesome, however even when I've ordered online early to give them plenty of time to have it ready? I'm STILL waiting in the drive thru line or get parked for what seems like an eternity....
