The staff is often friendly but they can't seem to ever get an order right. They always give the wrong sides and make a mess of any tossed wings. When I say mess I mean the sauce is covering the inside of the bag. Other than this, its a lovely place. Tasty chicken and clean indoors. The multiple messed up orders (about 4) will prevent me from ever coming back.

This KFC has gone downhill very quickly. Three of my last four orders from there were wrong. They took care of ONLY one of them by writing my name in a book, so I’ve got that going for me. 🫡 That’s a joke in more ways than one. This last time they completely forgot a whole bucket of my chicken. After trying to take care of this for an HOUR, the SAME KFC manager said it was not her responsibility that I had to speak to DoorDash, the company that works for KFC by the way. DoorDash said they would accept responsibility and I would get reimbursed in about a month. So this KFC is definitely problematic for anyone ordering home delivery, mark my words. 🙂

I usually order a Large dr pepper with 6 shots of vanilla, im charged extra for the extra vanilla but im only getting maybe 1 shot of vanilla in my drink. Its ridiculous. Only 3 out of 10 times ive been, I have actually gotten the extra vanilla. Extremely disappointing.

Oooohhhh how dare you guys serve me raw chicken ?!!!! I waited 45 mins for you guys to cook the wings and you still end up giving me the old chicken and undercooked at that . I didn’t realize it was undercooked until I looked down at my food . You guys really need to be ashamed of yourself . I definitely will be contacting corporate about this matter .

Worst KFC in the area!! Went two nights in a row.. Oct.1st , they had a twenty five minute wait on all orders. Opted not to wait. Went back Oct.2nd , they have a fifty five minute wait on all orders.. Why not just close?? Tried twice, will not be back for a third!!!

SUCKED.never ever go to this location.i would never go here in a million years.this is the worst kfc i have ever been to.we were there and it took 30-40 mins to get our food and we were the only people in there then this guy came in to get food to take out and it took 20 mins for someone to take his order.its clean because no one goes here.the fountain drinks were butt they sucked not mixed properly.first time at that location and will 100% be the last time i go there

This particular outing was my last visit there the girl taking the order doesn’t even know the specials or how to greet a Customer onto the order almost $15 for a four piece. which itself has become a joke pricewise for what you’re getting While I was waiting for my four piece, there was obviously joking around, laughing out loud being noisy by this crew very unprofessional 15 minutes later The four piece obviously turned out to be left over from lunch The chicken was cold dry the french fries were small portion cold, the biscuit was uneditable like the whole meal I brought it to the girls attention without any reaction. She called the manager over when I asked her for my money back she obliged without any apology or can we do something else for you just absolute nothing and when I went on further to ask her how she could serve this particular four piece her reaction was it just came out out of the fryer which in itself was obviously a lie you don’t need to be a genius to look at KFC to know whether it’s old or new and in this case it wasn’t so I hope the owner of this franchise reads this review and has a good talking to or firing this particular crew who obviously don’t care about the food they’re serving or the customers Aug 9 5pm

This is the worst KFC !! Placed order in drive thru ,waited 20 minutes. Went inside to see what the problem was. They told me that they turned off the fryers and they had to heat up. My question was you don't close for another 2.5 hours, why is the fryer off? Demanded a refund and left. I have spoke to several other people that have encountered the same thing.

Absolutely the worst chicken we ever had. We got an 8 piece dark meat (chicken only) and a 2 piece white meat combo, the biscuit was hard as a rock and potatoes were cold. We arrived at 10:15 pm (they close at 11:00), the breading was actually rubbery and tough, the meat was room temperature. There's no excuse for not throwing out 5 hour old chicken and making a fresh batch 45 minutes before closing. I paid full price for FRESH food, not disgusting leftovers. They should refund me considering we both threw it in the garbage. I ended up going to Taco Bell and buying fresh made food.
