The last two times I have visited the drive thru, myself and all other customers have been asked to pull ahead and they will bring out. It has been 20 and 30 minutes to receive my order. This is at dinner time when they should be prepared for customers. When the gal brought my food out tonight, I asked if they cooked orders as they came in and she informed me “they are short staffed” and that was the problem. I won’t be back. These costs were 2 months apart so apparently no hope on things changing.

Super clean inside! I have always visited this location on the drive thru 🚘, but decided to go inside this time. What a pleasant surprise.
A friendly cashier named Katrina 👸 took our orders and the managers were helpful and polite. Certainly this is a KFC you'll want to visit regularly.
I recommend the Original Style™️ fried chicken. 🍗 They had no problem filling our orders of a 12 piece and 16 piece family dinner specials in a timely manner on the 4th of July 🎇🧨

So here is the thing about owning a KFC. You have to have freaking chicken!!!. This is the 3rd time that I've come to the gray KFC that they told me it would be 20 to 30 min. Before I could get chicken. Which I've waited before and it was more like 30 min. When I go to a burger place. Guess what? They have burgers! This is insane that you call yourself a chicken place and you have no chicken! I won't come back.

The food is like any other kfc, but the reason for the 1 star is the unprofessional staff behind the counter. I understand fast food sucks, been there done that but if you hate it so much, go look for something else.. these are the same ones begging for 20 bucks an hour when you dont even have any customer service skills or can do anything that isnt automated. Do better gray kfc, at least act like you care about customers..

I have 2 complaints. 2 times now the food was awful. 1st time I really wanted to try the fries and I ended up with burnt ones and super old. The second time I got a 2 piece 5.99 meal and I received a wing instead of a breast. Very disappointed. The cashier tho was great both times. I thought about calling to report it, however I hate being made to feel as if I'm trying to get free food when in fact that is not the case! But that's hard earned money for myself and it's money I don't have to waste when looking for a meal for dinner.

Went here after my sons baseball practice and got the family meal. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious. Restaurant was clean and service was good!
Very RUDE staff! The last three times I’ve visited I’ve had windows slammed on me, staff full of bad attitudes and I don’t think I’m coming back. No need to be so rude to customers.

Both times I’ve been I had to wait like 30 min just to get my food , I ended up going in and they didn’t even make it yet they had like 4-5 cars pulled waiting and she out side smoking . I expect to wait but never long as I had to both times
