1st time going her for me, my mom, and sister. We were there for my brother's 30th birthday. We had a group of 12 people maybe? And they sat us, no problem! I felt that maybe the waiter was a bit overwhelmed, (apologies!!!!) But he was very attentive and very sweet. Just wanna say thank y'all so much for great time!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

We had a party of ten with our church for a family dinner/gathering...we pulled up at 9:01 pm on the dot. They don't close until 10pm..it's posted on the door and on the website. We attempted to walk in and the man mopping the floor was EXTREMELY RUDE! We are closed he said you have to leave. I was like but it's only 9pm. He said yeah we closed cause we felt like it so what. I said excuse me my husband cut off the almost altercation and said that's okay we won't be back. And we spend alot of money with your establishment as we are regulars smh. Very rude, never stay open I would suggest El Charlais by Kroger by ETSU. They are always warm and friendly and they keep true business hours. That's where we are headed now! And the food is fantastic 😋

Went for lunch. When being seated we noticed the music was loud. While waiting for the server to take our order we could barely talk to each other due to loud music. We asked could the music volume be lowered and she stated other customers had complained and the manager just shrugged them off. We left. Won’t be back there are more options for Mexican food in Gray.

We were in town visiting family and decided to try this restaurant for the first time — unfortunately, it will also be our last. From the start, the service was terrible. Our waitress took our initial drink order but never came back to ask for our margarita choices. When we finally managed to stop her and ask for a margarita, she didn’t bother to ask what type or what size we wanted. When the drink finally arrived, it was the wrong type and size — no surprise, since she never asked. When my husband politely told her that this wasn’t what he ordered, she responded rudely, saying, “Well, you didn’t tell me what type.” It was obvious they just took the original margarita back, poured it into a bigger glass, and added more mix. When we flagged her down again to explain what was wrong, the manager came out. Instead of trying to make things right, he was dismissive and said he’d just take the margarita off the bill and not serve my husband another one because “it’s going to taste the same.” We have never experienced such poor customer service and rudeness from both a waitress and a manager. They acted like we were an inconvenience rather than guests. We will absolutely not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone

Ordered ACP pretty simple plate of food came out and chicken was not cooked. Told the waitress she had manger come over we had to throw our food away but he gave us a big Ole 3.00 discount. They got there last 40.00 from me terrible service .
