I ordered a build your own deep dish and was given the wrong deep dish, not to mention they forgot to cut this pizza, so they offered to make me a new one which was great. We still kept the one they originally gave us but I paid extra for the pizza I actually wanted so of course I was looking to be reimbursed. This is the pizza they gave us, and no that is not cheese, that’s the dough partially cooked. Yall can’t actually be feeding this to people.

I went to this location location last night for a quick dinner. Upon getting home and looking at my pizza, not only was it undercooked, BUT THERE WAS A HAIR COOKED INTO THE DOUGH. I have never been more disgusted. I also had to go back inside for napkins because there wasnt any given to me. I wont be back.

When they first opened this location is was actually good. I ordered my pizza online, set my pick up time. My toppings on my pizza were towards the edge, I paid for extra cheese, got none! My pizza tasted like it had been sitting there for an 30 min or more. Cashier is clueless, told him my name & that I ordered online, 2 seconds later ask if my name was such and such, I said no! This location needs to step it up or get new employees that know what they are doing! Only thing that was decent was their pizza poppers, at least they tasted fresh & were hot!

Not only did they get the order completely wrong and then said they would refund my money . it's been a month and I still haven't received my money back ... Would never recommend this Papa John's and when you call their number don't expect to get any help ...

We do pick up from this Little Ceasers often. We’ve only ever had one bad experience, and when we reached out the manager personally refunded us and was apologetic.
My pizza was terrible. The cheese pizza did not have a center. When I called the store the manager stated, "yes sometimes they stretch the crust to thin not sure why they still use it." Maybe because they need a better manager or trainer. My advice don't go to little ceasars in Gray.

One of two such chains near me, this one has proven countless times to have undercooked, overly greasy or just bland pizza of the two stores. Tonight’s experience was waiting over half of an hour for a pizza I come to find out was just sitting the past 15 minutes in their hot shelf because the workers were more worried about exiting the shift than communicating to the other incoming employees what was what, I guess. Never fails to…well, fail at this location. Spend the extra time to drive to Colonial Height’s store.
