This Pal's seems to be the worst 1 I have experienced. Rude employees that never say hello and act like they hate being there..Food is a toss up..sometimes its ok other times not so much. I live in Gray, but going to Boone's Creek next time..That seems to be the best 1 in JC

Just wanted to express genuine gratitude towards the workers here. My husband and I hardly have extra cash to get fast food (and it’s usually Pals that we crave) and when I say I’m hardly ever let down, thank you! My husband once worked at Pals and he knows how tough it can be. But thank you all for always doing your best even if is your worst day. You all truly are making someone’s day better. All this for a hot dog and patty melt 😅

Always kind and respectful, night team are teens mostly and sometimes they do make mistakes however, call during the day with your receipt in hand and let them know exactly what happen! They fix it no issues, the female manager has worked there for many years( am shift ) and has always been kind and respectful. I’ll never stop coming here unless new ownership/ management is taken.

Theres 3 of us in the car. I ordered 1 thing and the girl goes go to the next window. I added to the order and the something. She kept doing it. The whole order ended up being messed up. It was not worth the $30 for breakfast.
Order is hardly ever right anymore. Emailed previously and did not get any response.

best pals in town. Mr Bill is amazing along with the rest of the employees. My sone is autistic and LOVES this pals. If he had his way he would have chedder rounds for breakfast and a patty with cheese and French fries everyday. Thank you all for always being so friendly and fast.
