My wife introduced me to Pal's when we first went to her hometown of Kingsport years ago. It's now a staple of all of our trips there! Can't get enough of the frenchie fries and peachy tea!

Need to change your name to basic bland and bitty. Service was awesome and fast. Got your sauce, burger, and your hotdog and they tasted like nothing more than I could make it home. The patty on the burger was 3/4 of an inch smaller than the bun all the way around and almost as thin as a credit card. You guys are worse than McDonald’s.

Food is always great, and if they mess up, they will fix it swiftly and free of charge. The prices are some of the best in the market too! If I could afford it, I'd eat here all day every day!
This place is a traffic hazard . People will block traffic when they have the opportunity to get in the lot and off the main road. Patrons of this location are not smart enough to navigate the drive thru. I like pals but this location is dangerous.

I love Pals, as a local I visit this restaurant often. At least one a week.. The service in the last few months has really deteriorated…. I’m not sure what has changed but the wait times are longer, have to fight for the attention of employees & they mess up on orders much more often now ? I hate to complain because I absolutely love the food but I see a huge digression & I hope it turns around and fast!

Forgot two of our drinks didn't take the chili off the dog like I asked. The burgers dry. Chili is smothered on dog and it does not taste good. Will not come back. Building was cool looking.
