I love Pals, as a local I visit this restaurant often. At least one a week.. The service in the last few months has really deteriorated…. I’m not sure what has changed but the wait times are longer, have to fight for the attention of employees & they mess up on orders much more often now ? I hate to complain because I absolutely love the food but I see a huge digression & I hope it turns around and fast!

Forgot two of our drinks didn't take the chili off the dog like I asked. The burgers dry. Chili is smothered on dog and it does not taste good. Will not come back. Building was cool looking.

Got the gravy biscuit this morning. Good but the biscuit seemed a bit dry. But won't stop me from going back. Everyone has an off day.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered food and 2 large ice waters. Got to pickup and the young lady at the window started handing us small waters. I mentioned I had ordered large waters. Her response was “the ticket says small”. And was very upset and to the point of rude when I asked her for two large waters.
