Normally I come to this pals all the time and they're fantastic. My boyfriend went today to get us food and drink; if someone asks for a drink to be made a certain way, then don't take it upon yourself to make it how you want and then say you have to charge for another one when it's made wrong. I didn't want extra ice and it's not even 1/2 so it's no wonder it's grossly sweet that they felt they needed to add the ice for.

The cheddar rounds are the best thing on this planet. Double cheese burgers are also great for lunch or dinner. They have the best sweet tea ever.

My wife introduced me to Pal's when we first went to her hometown of Kingsport years ago. It's now a staple of all of our trips there! Can't get enough of the frenchie fries and peachy tea!

Need to change your name to basic bland and bitty. Service was awesome and fast. Got your sauce, burger, and your hotdog and they tasted like nothing more than I could make it home. The patty on the burger was 3/4 of an inch smaller than the bun all the way around and almost as thin as a credit card. You guys are worse than McDonald’s.
