Went thru the drive thru and ordered food and 2 large ice waters. Got to pickup and the young lady at the window started handing us small waters. I mentioned I had ordered large waters. Her response was “the ticket says small”. And was very upset and to the point of rude when I asked her for two large waters.
I love pals,but today . I ordered a big pal no mayo. The young ladies repeated order correctly ? but Imagine my surprise when I got home in fall branch I took a big ole bite . Fries n drink ate on way home upchucked it all. I still love pals. I'll be back. We're human and make mistakes
Staff was awesome. I was pulling a large load and called to see if it would be possible to order from the parking lot. I was advised to walk up to the window. This was during the lunch rush.. But service was friendly and quick. Food was good. Peachy tea hit the spot. I even introduced my friend from Wisconsin. She enjoyed the tea.
