I ordered a large pizza got a medium. Ordered a extra pepperoni well done pizza got a cheese with nothing on it. Also my food was cold and my cheese sticks had butter spilt all over them due to poor workers and poor management. Do Not Ever go to this location unless you want a ruined evening and terrible food/poor service.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant. Delivery driver was unbelievably rude, blatantly lying about company policies and refusing to follow delivery instructions. Ended up leaving my severely undercooked food on the ground.

I called to check if the pizza I ordered would be ready on time because it was Halloween and I thought they might be backed up. (It ended up being an hour late) They put me on hold and after a couple minutes it hung up on me. When I called back and said I was the same person and I got hung up on, he denied it, and when I said I was actually hung up on he laughed and hung up again. At no point did I yell and until I got hung up on the 2nd time on purpose I wasn't even upset. Busy or not that's a crazy way to treat a calm customer, I'll just go to Dominos down the street from now on.

Ordered a pizza for delivery at 10 o'clock. Got a text message at ten fifteen saying that now Doordasha will be bringing my order and it would be here at 11:30. Then at 1045 I get a call from someone working at the store saying that they could not get a driver so he would bring me my pizza after they closed the shop. AND then I get a call at 1105 saying they don't have a driver and they were canceling my order when I told them that someone had just called me and told me that they were going to bring me the pizza after the store closed and he said that wasn't true. Why do you take the delivery orders if you know your short staffed. This is the 3rd time in 3 months that theyve taken my order and then i find out over an hour later that the order is cancelled. STOP TAKING ORDERS FOR DELIVERY IF YOU ARENT GONNA DELIVER THE FN PIZZAS. I won't order papa John's EVER again.
