Ordered a pizza for delivery at 10 o'clock. Got a text message at ten fifteen saying that now Doordasha will be bringing my order and it would be here at 11:30. Then at 1045 I get a call from someone working at the store saying that they could not get a driver so he would bring me my pizza after they closed the shop. AND then I get a call at 1105 saying they don't have a driver and they were canceling my order when I told them that someone had just called me and told me that they were going to bring me the pizza after the store closed and he said that wasn't true. Why do you take the delivery orders if you know your short staffed. This is the 3rd time in 3 months that theyve taken my order and then i find out over an hour later that the order is cancelled. STOP TAKING ORDERS FOR DELIVERY IF YOU ARENT GONNA DELIVER THE FN PIZZAS. I won't order papa John's EVER again.

Ordered a large thin Pep pizza a few nights ago. When I went to pick it up having been in this business a long time I noticed it was very heavy. Anyway got home and their was 3x the amount of cheese on pizza and was not cut. I can deal with alot but cutting a pizza is Pizza 101. Toppings slid all over but was just way too much cheese. Called back and manager was great. Mistakes happen and he offered me a free pizza next visit. I order about once every 3 months so will probably never see that pizza but at least he owned the mistake and made it right.

I ordered delivery and was only advised 15 minutes before estimated delivery to my residence that the order was being transferred to Door Dash - adding an additional 30 minutes to the delivery. Be honest upon order so customers can have options. Let us know if you do not have the capacity and we can choose pickup (with a third party) or delivery depending on our situations. Not cool to be advised after the fact. Will be my last order from Papa John's unless this feature is installed.

I was a regular customer, but stopped dealing with them when I figured out why I was waiting so long. The pizza that should have gone into the box for me instead went for a delivery order that had just taken and the box for my pizza got moved all the way to the end and I waited another 45 minutes.
I didn’t ask for a dang door dash delivery, so I’m not ordering delivery from papa John’s ever again. If I wanted a delivery from someone with no accountability I’d rather give a tip to a random homeless guy and have them deliver my food.

I only ordered it from here once when I was sick so that was nice that I could get a pizza delivered it was good but it was very expensive I mean everyone knows that Papa John's is more expensive than everyone else

food freezing. does delivery strictly through doordash now, which we didn’t know before we ordered. waited almost an hour and 20 total for the pizza and we’re missing stuff. i wish they’d say on the app that they only do delivery through DD now!

When you call in you will be routed to a call center that is obviously located overseas. Like we don’t have enough scams going on in our country now we get routed to other countries asking for our credit card information over the phone.
