The staff has always been friendly to me at this location but the service for estimating pick up/delivery time is awful. It doesn’t matter if I call in my pick up order or do it on the app. I get a 10 min window…usually 20-30 min after ordering to pick up my order. Tonight I was told 22-33 minutes. I arrived 40 minutes after placing the order to give them a buffer and attempt to avoid the inconvenience but my pizza still hadn’t been put in the oven. It took 55 min for my order to be ready. A week ago same issue and I had to cancel it. Take A.I. out of it and let the stores go back to doing it themselves!!

Same thing everyone else is saying… this is the only Papa John’s location that has an extremely long wait time. The other locations are not like that, if it were up to me I would be firing a lot of people in this location.

absolutely ridiculous… ordered online at 8… it’s now 11:02 and still no pizza. I should’ve just cancelled the order, but I didn’t want to. I usually always choose papa johns over any pizza, but this is ridiculous. Making your customers wait this long, then not having the right amount of staff for the demand of the area is awful. someone needs to fix this because clearly this is an ongoing issue.

The pizza has improved since management changed at this location. The pizza seem to have a fresher taste and better quality than a few years ago. The ambiance and atmosphere of the store seems to be better working as a team seems to be better. The cleanliness of the store has improved keep up the improvement and more stars will come.

my husband placed an online order around 5:30 for us to pick up at 6:45, i arrived at 6:30 and it was SLAMMED i’m talking not one parking place left, people lined up on the inside, and drivers coming in and out. so i knew not to try to get my order early and just waited the 15 minutes. i walk in the store at 6:46 and let them know i was there to pickup an online order and had the order by 6:48 and was walking out the door, the pizza had just came out of the oven and was probably one of the best pizzas i’ve had from papa john’s. i just wanted to sing these employees praises as i don’t think that gets done very often. like i said they were absolutely slammed and i still got great service! i was greeted when i walked in and even though the poor drivers were working themselves to death when i left they still held the door open for me. 10/10 best experience i’ve had. great job!!

Ordered online. Downtown show when delivery til after I paid. $22.00 for a thin crust pepperoni pizza. Ordered at 5:20. Got it at 8:45. Plus the pizza was not good. I was worried they wouldn’t refund my money if I had called to cancel. I could have gone to any other pizza store in the area and had a pizza within 30 minutes. Won’t do it with Papa John’s in Gray TN again. Bad Bad Bad.
