The Gray, TN, Pizza Hut, which is drive-thru only, is terrible. Every time I order from there, there is something wrong. I have abstained from stating my dissatisfaction until now, but enough is enough. Evidently the staff there cannot read. I always order online and in the "special instructions box," I put "well done, please." Not only is it never well-done, but it's never even anywhere close to being done at all. The vegetables on the pizza I picked up tonight were not done whatsoever. They were still crunchy as if they hadn't been cooked at all. The pepperonis were floppy as they had not been cooked as well. I ordered a thin-n-crispy, well-done pizza and what we got was a cold, nowhere-near-done, very-floppy-crust pizza. The website said ready in 15 minutes and I was there right at the 15-minute mark and the pizza was cold. That pizza was not even warm enough to had been in the oven long enough to get the toppings and crust done and certainly not long enough to be well-done. This is the case every single time. In addition to that, there were 6 dressings to choose from online. When I get there to pick up, the guy informs me they only have 2 dressings, neither of which either one of us like. I asked the guy if he could just take the salads off my bill and credit back my credit card and he had no clue how to do that. Extremely disappointing, especially when it happens time and time again. And the one on Stewball Circle in Kingsport, TN, is no better. They're always out of multiple items and the salad bar is always nasty. Brown, wilted lettuce, soggy, floppy cucumbers and tomatoes that are disgusting. The staff there is also very rude and acts like you're inconveniencing them when there are only 2 other people in the restsurant. Pizza Hut is and always has been my favorite pizza, but if you can't do any better than that, might as well close the doors permanently like you've already done with many locations.

Usually get delivery and they switch it to Doordash which takes almost an hour when our pizza hut is literally 4 min from our house. RIDICULOUS!!

Was owed 2.49 n change. Guy only paid me back 2.45 in change. Otherwise he'd have to open a room of pennies. Roll of pennies was in drawer and drawer was open. So didn't get all my change back due to this dude being lazy. He legit pointed at rool of pennies and said he would have to open rol of pennies to give me correct change but was blatantly too lazy to do so.

Ordered and picked up in 15 minutes.Pizza was cheese and tomatoes, and a baked veggie pasta.Food was yummy, fast, hot and fresh.Staff while busy, were friendly and attentive.Not a big fan of of franchise pizza joints, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised and will order from them again.Thanks.Vegetarian options: Decent selection of vegetarian options. Enough, I believe to make any vegetarian happy and nice that you can buy veggie and regular options in one stop.

Not a big fan of fast food pizza places. But needed a quick set of meals for two guests who couldn't eat food prepared for a get together. So we ordered a cheese pizza and a vegetable baked pasta.And wow was I surprised. No, really, pizza was delicious, pasta was too.Not home made it NY style food, but I would go back here and order again.Staff was super cool, and had everything done in less than 15 minutes. Price was right as well, $15 plus a nice tip.A surprise two thumbs up. Thanks, for helping make my day better.

I ordered a pizza from the app and it took so long to arrive that my food was less than warm. The guy that delivered it was a bit scary and very gruff and didn’t even say thanks for a $15 tip. I won’t order from this location again.

We placed an order for 2 pizzas. We find out at pick up that they didn't have one of the toppings. They didn't call to ask for another option or issue a credit for the added charge that didn't make it on the pizza. Very greasy thin and crispy. Sam's is better.We will mark this one off the list.

this is the second time I have tried to go. Both times I have not even been spoken to and full house working. Don't even bother going in. I really really dislike burger king but would rather go to it across the street. Do better
