A bit run down and old and usually looks kinda dirty to really dirty but food has always been OK. BUT I DO NOT GO HERE OFTEN! I ALWAYS DRIVE TO THE ONE ON OAKLAND AVE DUE TO STAFF (JUST FRIENDLIER AND CAN'T USE MOSE PROMOS AT GRAY LOCATION- DUE TO OWNERSHIP)..PREFER OAKLAND AVE ALL DAY EVERY DAY AS FAR AS IT ALL GOES, INCLUDING PRICE EVEN THOUGH ITS AN EXTRA 25 MINUTES OUT OF THE WAY (INCLUDES BOTH WAYS). But staff was fine in Gray on this visit. The place was just dirty and that sucks, someone needs to go in and clean house y'all! Hate to see another snap business close but it's coming if someone doesn't STEP UP- I'M SPEAKING TO THE OWNER! YOUR RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS PLACE-I RECOMMEND BEING JUST THAT!

After seeing what we saw we just couldn’t eat them! $28.00 dollars down the tubes..🤦♀️🤬I should have said something…..

Placed a mobile order and showed up 10 minutes AFTER it said it was ready. The guy hasn’t even started making our 3 sandwiches. This subway is awful.

I never review but I felt that I needed to on this one. I went in last night to get two subs for me and hubby. Nobody was inside but they had a few online orders they were working. It was hot…was told A/C was out and it was not very clean. I should have left then but this was dinner and we were both starved. She made our sandwiches, very sloppily, and I paid and left. When I got home, ready to eat, took a bite and almost broke a tooth. Not really, but the bread was so hard you had to microwave a bit to soften it. I honestly don’t know how this one stays in business, other than there is not much to choose from in town. Jersey Mikes just opened and I will NEVER go back to this Subway, ever again! Save your money and go somewhere else or make your own at home!

They are one of the best places I have gone to. The most friendly group of girls works there. There's one named Summer she has the best and positive attitude I have seen. Would tell everyone this is a great place to go .

One of the worst Subways I’ve been to. The lady working was nice enough, probably because she was new & not yet jaded. Most workers are not very pleasant. First of all, it was 11:20am and only 1 person working. This location does not have or accept any Subway deals or coupons so my wrap, chips and drink were almost $17. The cucumbers looked horrific. There was no iced tea made. Overall, seriously disappointed!!! I cannot wait for the Jersey Mike’s to open up down the street!!! I won’t ever go back to this Subway unless something seriously changes!
