I would give them a zero Stars because they are horrible at making food they always forget stuff most of their food is not cooked all the way it's the worst Taco Bell here.

Placed pickup order and received the wrong items. That isn’t the end of the world so went back to have the order remade. I will say the assistant manager working was very kind and accommodating and sweet, however, I got home and once again had the wrong order a second time. What really sent me is my 8$ customized burrito had literally nothing else in it but red onions, which I’m not sure if that was intentional due to my return because I don’t think that’s even a menu item? Obviously was not worth my trouble to go back a third time but sad I wasted 20$ grabbing myself and others food we could not and did not want to eat.

Unacceptable customer service at this location. On 4/10/24 I went through the drive thru around 5:45pm, waited in line a long time just for the person in drive thru to tell me they were out of creamy jalapeño sauce. I asked if they could put another sauce on my items instead. The cashier said “Yes but it will be an up charge” and then immediately got defensive about it, stating that it “was not his fault” and he was “told to do this”. How are you going to charge someone extra for a certain sauce when you’re out of the sauce that comes on a bunch of your items? Why are customers being punished for that? I then tried to order the new cantina chicken taco and was told I would not be getting sauce on that either. At this point I just drove away with no food. DO BETTER.

I’ve gone here two or three times, and each time they have consistently got several items wrong. This is the second time I’ve got a quesadilla with sauce, and I asked them twice to keep it off.I used to work at Taco Bell and I know how bad it is during the rush, but my Taco Bell didn’t mess up nearly as constantly as this, especially on something so easy.
Didn't end up getting any food the staff was very rude when telling me and my guest that we couldn't order from the counter but could only use the kiosk. I will not be eating at Taco Bell any longer nor will I recommend anyone go

I only gave 1 star so I could comment. Everytime I order they mess my food up. I just basically paid 10 dollars for 1 Taco and a Pepsi. They smothered my burrito in onions. I would rather starve than waist 1 more penny here. Or anywhere else anymore. They ALL mess up my order.

I ordered taco bell from doorsash and they said couldn't make it cause they were out of beef and chicken so I said Change to steak cause I know they do that at the store. I don't know what the owner is thinking having a manager that's rude and dumb and hung up on me! You can't just hang up on someone when you're a manager. I order here all the time, but won't be anymore!!!!

There’s always something wrong and if they’re not getting the order wrong they are out of stuff, (beans , rice, fries, nacho cheese, or lettuce) yes I said lettuce, the most basic thing for tacos. This location has an inventory problem. Constantly out of stuff. But even when they do have everything they can’t get the orders correct. This location was good 2 years ago but has since went down hill. Do better

this taco bell is one of the worst ones to go to, especially when the night shift crew is there!! a year and a half to two years ago it was one of the best.. every single time i place a mobile order and arrive to the store to pick it up they’re out of something “because the truck didn’t show up” seems to me like they need to get a manager that knows how to order the correct amount of product. nearly every time they screw something in my order up, whether it’s missing something i ordered, or messing up a modification it’s always something. i’ve worked fast food and it’s not that difficult to read a screen and make sure everything is correct, ESPECIALLY when there is no one in line. someone needs to shape this location up.
