Every single time. I don’t even know why im stupid enough to keep going to this store. Every. Single. Time. They ALWAYS get at LEAST half of my order wrong. I ordered $40 worth of food, door dasher kept apologizing to ME bc the workers were taking so long. I got my side chili, I got my fries, and the cinnamon bread….but HOW CAN YOU FORGET THE TWO BURGERS…THE TWO MAIN PARTS OF THE MEAL?! I can tell you, laziness, incompetence, and just pure disease. Do better, care about your customers, and get some better workers. Beyond ridiculous.

I'm usually not one to write negative reviews, but this was probably the worst experience I've ever had food-wise at a Wendy's. Was here with a friend and my brother. Ordered the asiago ranch chicken club, some baconator fries, and a Frosty. The fries were really old but the cheese was hot so I wasn't bothered too much. The sandwich was a whole different story. Not only was it not fully cooked (I wish I took a picture, it was pretty evident), but the breading was nearly sliding off. Toppings themselves were not there, only two bites I took (which were sizable) was bun and undercooked chicken. I won't go as far as to say I'll never come here again, as the service was fine other than about a 15m wait time to order, but that sandwich quality was unacceptable. Friend had cold fries as well upon receiving them.

Fries were hard, cold and burnt. Couldn't hear the girl through the speaker. She was not enthusiastic about her job neither was the guy I complained to. If I have to spend $25 on fast food it should at least be worth eating!

Friendly reminder that this is A WENDYS. Not a Benihana 10 star restaurant. Its just fast food. Eat there consecutively and never had an issue with food not meeting fast food standards. Employees are nice. Service is what you expect from fast food. Id recommend eating here. Its family friendly and they keep it super clean. 💜

Ordered over 40 dollars worth of food, got a call that said they “didn’t have” a few of the items we ordered, okay fine. When the order arrived, we did not receive the nuggets party pack, which they never said anything about not having that. didn’t give us the large fry, no napkins, no straw, no sauces. BUT they did give us 2 burgers, not what we ordered but thanks! Ultimately, DO NOT order here. Do better.
I just moved to the area and I DoorDashed some Wendy’s. Order was over $50. When the Order arrived it was completely wrong and I got a lot of I didn’t order too. Unbelievable. Pull your crap together Wendy’s.

I went to this Wendy's with my service dog I was told that I needed to provide paperwork to prove that she's a service dog which I provided her a copy for my service dog certificate which I don't have to.they continue asking me questions like why is she a service dog I begin to tell them I don't need to answer those questions then they proceed to tell me that I need to show ID to prove that she is my service dog and that they need to make copies of my state ID and my certificate for my service dog I did not feel comfortable giving her my state ID to make copies of Tori the manager made me and my family feel very uncomfortable we ended up eating in our car outside of the Wendy's with my family and service dog and we are traveling on a long road trip from New York City to Tennessee we figured to go to Wendy's real quick just to get a bite Big mistake food is horrible service sucks

Unfortunately I have to provide everything with a one-star. The reason that I have to provide a one-star is I get off work at 11:00 p.m. every night and this Wendy's location is slightly below my residence. So when I pulled up to the drive-thru to order at 11:36 p.m. I was instructed by someone coming out the back door pulling a large cart of boxes that the location was currently closed. If this is in fact the case I would highly recommend that you update your Google listing so it reflects your appropriate and correct closing time. If in fact this was a Miss Justice on the part of the cashier I hope in the future that the location will be open for ordering. I would imagine that you keep your store open till midnight for sells unfortunately you will not be able to receive those if your hospitality team is instructing your customers that you are closed. The girl pulling the cart of boxes was a heavier set young woman with brown or reddish hair. I was a general manager with Hardee's for 9 years if I would have done this unfortunately I wouldn't have had a job. Are ultimately moved up and became a floating GM to go into locations and fix issues. Maybe I will try coming through there again in a few months and we will see if you'll be open then.
