I just went through the drive-thru and had a really disappointing experience. Usually the service at Burger King here is fantastic, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Today was completely different.
The woman taking the order spoke in a very rude tone, repeatedly saying “what else?” and sounding annoyed when I said I didn’t need help finding anything on the menu. She seemed irritated the entire time and was not helpful at all.
It was uncomfortable enough that we actually decided to leave the drive-thru, because it felt like she clearly didn’t want to be there and wasn’t going to take care with our order.
This was very disappointing because the service here is normally great. I hope management looks into this because the usual staff are wonderful, and this experience was the complete opposite.

The three of us got a $5 meal. It was hot and good.
They have the best cotton candy cloud icee. There service has always been good! I normally get just the icee because I'm just not a fan of the food. It's not terrible, just not what I personally like.

Everytime We Cone Here It’s Always A Problem. The Manger that work there always Think there Better Then Anyone. Always Acts Like it’s A Problem to take orders. Tonight there was An employee in the Bathroom she Cane Out and never Washed her Hands Why the Manager is Standing there so She Knew But I had To say Something to her Cause The Manager never Did But acted As If it was A Problem cause I said something but ur Touching our stuff. They give us cups Knowing the Ice isn’t working in the Lobby ?♀️
