I ordered a thin crust pizza with garlic parm sauce. My husband brought it home to me. When it got here, it was cold, had the red sauce instead (which I hate and won’t eat) and it was horrible! I immediately called the manager and he showed absolutely no remorse. I asked if someone could please bring me another one since I was sick and couldn’t come out. He said no, I’ll just issue you a refund. So now the pizza is garbage and I have nothing to eat. Worst experience EVER!!!!!

This is currently my favorite Dominos location. There is a different location closer to me and I will now always drive past them to come here. Why? Because they are consistent. No more randomly getting half the toppings it normally has.

Do not order from this location, their drivers go to the wrong houses all the time, and heaven forbid you actually want sauce on your pizza. Absolutely worthless.

If there was a negative 5 I would have given it to this location. Experience was horrible! We placed an order at 6 pm and eventually had to go pick it up ourselves @ 7:40 & of course it was cold, tasted like leftovers!! I was told there were 14 orders waiting to be delivered & they ONLY had ONE delivery driver! Needless to say none of us were happy, especially the kids. And then on top of that OUR ORDER WAS WRONG!

This is a pickup location. I had to take half of my order back tonight because it was made incorrectly. After telling the young lady at the counter that I still needed my pizza, not credit. She told me it would be 10 minutes. I thought great, prioritized! Nope. I chose to wait in the car because it was drafty since the door kept opening from delivery drivers. I came back in after 10 minutes and waited at the counter for 5 minutes for the young lady to come back from serving orders at the drive-thru pickup window. When she came back, she said it would still be about 5 more minutes. I'm not frustrated that the young lady was busy working two counters; what bothered me was that there were 4 people at the prep counter, one person boxing all the food, this nervous young lady working the two pickup counters and two random male employees just chatting away back beside the pizza oven. All that to say, I get home with one very hot correctly made pizza, the mistake pizza, and sit down to eat my originally correct pizza to see that going back got my husband a better pizza than what we were first given. Their quality only improved because they made a mistake. Their quality should be consistent. So finally, I got to eat my originally correct pizza, now quite cold.
