The place is horrible. They hire nothing but kids that care nothing about actually doing a job. I ordered something that was $13.70 and I handed the girl at the first window, a gift card and TOLD her there was $10 on it and then I handed her a five dollar bill for the remaining $3.70 she handed me the card back with no change. I asked her if she took the $10 off the card. She looked at me really really dumbfounded and was like I don’t know I put the five dollars in first I mean can you please put people at the window that have a little common sense just a little bit goes a long way! Now I have a gift card for $1.30 I guess I’m gonna throw in the trash because I’m never coming back to this place. It has got to be the worst McDonald’s around. I definitely don’t recommend to my worst enemy such a waste of money, waste of time joke of a business

Never ask for customizations of anything at this McDonald’s. I asked for plain burger with Mac sauce. They gave me a burger with only ketchup. Sad that the workers don’t pay attention. We were already in a hurry so we weren’t able to go back. This is the third time this has happened sadly otherwise I wouldn’t have written this review.

Which sucks because they charge so much for them. I order the big breakfast often, and often enough there is no hashbrown. What have I done to deserve this curse? This tragedy? Inflation it bad enough without the fear of being bamboozled out of my golden fried potatoes.

I have liked the new McDonalds in Greenbrier until other day. It was raining cold day and I was tired so picking up dinner for family. They gave me an Old chicken for original chicken sandwich. Ruined that person that ordered dinner. Disappointed. If it’s old throw it away instead serving to someone paying money for food that is good.
