The drive through employee was very curious and professional. I was charged however for the dipping sauce I ordered with the chicken bites and never got any sauce. Now I have dry chicken bites that actually kind of suck without any sauce.

TERRIBLE!! Who ever was working night shift tonight gave me burnt sausage, burnt bacon and burnt oil in my burrito. I ordered online and when I received it, it was total garbage. Very disappointed. Hope the management can choose better employees for future customers.

Not worth the trip. I’ve repeatedly tried this location but have been let down every time. This location has issues with food consistency and its drive ups. Each time I’ve visited, either the drive up touch screens did not work, were blank/frozen, or the payment processing did not work (both tap and insert testing multiple cards.) The food has always been worse than the Springfield location. I ordered the double smash burger from Springfield and it was tasty and fresh. When I ordered the same from Greenbrier a couple days later, it was soggy, overdone and completely drenched in the signature sauce. Assuming just some flukes I went again yesterday and ordered a banana milkshake, but what I received was a vanilla Icecream topped with whipped cream and cherry. It was so incredibly thick, you could invert it even after 20 mins of thaw and it would not budge. Overall super disappointed in the consistent negative experiences. Just go to the Springfield one and save yourself the trouble.
The one good thing here is the girl that took my order was always apologetic and helpful.

i don't know who decided it was ok to make every customer wait until the carhop gathered 4 to 5 orders at a time before bringing out other customers orders, but it's dumb. 10 minute wait for a coke, 5 minutes after it said she was bringing me my drink. Pathetic! Edited to add: You are a DRIVE IN restaurant, put your trash cans back to where your drive in customers can get to them 🤦♂️

This location continues to not answer the stall button when pressed. I have tried three times and have left all three times without being served or even hearing from an employee. Poor service that needs to be looked into.
Only reason I come here is because I’m desperate for food and live right next door.
This place is absolute trash. Roll up hit the button. Wait 15 minutes nobody answers. Try another stall no one picks up. Order online…..while I’m in the stall. Wait another 10 minutes. Meanwhile others are seem to come in and out with no problem. I asked the sweet, polite girl who gave me my order if that stall was not working. She said yes. I said maybe put up a sign to say out of order. She said they were not allowed, and we should know because the button is already lit up. I don’t eat here a lot, I don’t know this. They are perfectly willing to let you sit there until Jesus comes back. (Btw all I ordered was 5 chicken fingers…that’s it)
Whoever runs this place needs to get kicked to the curb.

Used to be 5 stars until August 31 at 2:23pm. I put my mobile order in and it should've been out by 2:29. I waited until 2:40 just to walk to the door and see they just left my stuff on the counter along with another guys food while 2 girls were just standing around yapping. Really poor experience

Just very disappointed I worked here a long time ago and was held to high standards. My car hop didn’t even ask me how I was doing or if I needed anything I had no ketchup no kind of sauce in my bag my food was not made with care my chili cheese dog didn’t have any cheese and barely any chili fries were cold and no ketchup or mustard in the bag for my Corn dog In already waited 20 minutes when I pre-ordered
