The food is always old and honestly just shitty.. worst sonic in Tennessee! Went tonight (couldn’t tell you why) they messed up my husbands burger so I went back to have them fix it and the correction burger was also wrong.. like how!? You had one job.. he literally ordered a grilled cheese burger ketchup and mustard only add bacon. The first one they gave us was a grilled cheese with mustard and ketchup. No meat! Even though we paid extra for bacon. The second one was smothered in onions. We will never be back and will ABSOLUTELY spread the word about how bad they are. Even though everyone already knows.

i don't know who decided it was ok to make every customer wait until the carhop gathered 4 to 5 orders at a time before bringing out other customers orders, but it's dumb. 10 minute wait for a coke, 5 minutes after it said she was bringing me my drink. Pathetic!

Probably wont ever order from this sonic again, couldn’t even do something as simple as putting bacon on a cheeseburger, then when I called to inform them, they wouldn’t do anything unless I knew the exact stall number I ordered at. Even went so far as to claim my order wasn’t anywhere on there system. Must be teenage workers

The Sonic in Greenbriar TN was absolutely the worst food I've ever had from a sonic, we ordered 4 super sonic double cheeseburgers, and 4 large tots,which was not cheap!! not only did we only get 1 patty on 2 of the burgers they were so greasy that by the time we got home they were a mess, the tots were cold and old tasting, and in pieces, and they wouldn't answer the phone., or it would ring and hang up!!! We are very disappointed in this sonic and won't visit this sonic ever again!!! Not to mention they weren't even busy tonight at 8pm!!!

They don’t even answer half the time you press button for service. Burger was cold. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Goodlettsville or Springfield location.
40 minute for a hot drink and cold food If you are that horrible at your job just say that and move on time for something better maybe a checkers could use that spot
Made an online order a 6:16pm it didn't arrive to me until 6:53pm it had sat inside long enough that all the ice melted in both of the drinks. Also note that if you try to call to store here in greenbrier it goes straight to voice mail.
