Used to be 5 stars until August 31 at 2:23pm. I put my mobile order in and it should've been out by 2:29. I waited until 2:40 just to walk to the door and see they just left my stuff on the counter along with another guys food while 2 girls were just standing around yapping. Really poor experience

Just very disappointed I worked here a long time ago and was held to high standards. My car hop didn’t even ask me how I was doing or if I needed anything I had no ketchup no kind of sauce in my bag my food was not made with care my chili cheese dog didn’t have any cheese and barely any chili fries were cold and no ketchup or mustard in the bag for my Corn dog In already waited 20 minutes when I pre-ordered

I went three weeks in a row and saw OPEN late all the on the front and the website even states midnight and for three weeks in a row I have gone and sat for more than 20 mins the stall had one closes moved to another and waited another 20 NO one came over the speaker for three weeks in a row ! said NOTHING!!! I’m disappointed and I’m a sonic girl have been for years since I was lil girl but your location has changed that! Last Sunday night when I arrived at 1030 wait 40 mins changed stalls twice and no one said one word there were other cars there like 8 so I’m thinking you lost a 100 dollar order for some old folks . If this was my company and closing time was 1200 midnight there wouldn’t be one stove fryer or machine turned off till midnight!

Love sonic. The staff here is great and friendly. The food is super inconsistent. You can either get a good burger, an old burger, or a burnt burger.

Ordered a plain double hamburger and a large drink and waited 20 minutes and never received my order, I paid online with the app. So I hit the press to order button multiple times as it kept turning off and still no one has come across the speaker about my order. Front door to the restaurant is locked, the employees were just standing around inside the restaurant. I called the restaurant and I asked for a refund but was told to just contact corporate. No apologies for the issue whatsoever.

Terrible. You wait for 10 minutes hoping they ever answer to take your order before you’re forced to leave. If they do take your order, they get it wrong. Every time we ask for cheese on a burger we get charged, but don’t get it. If we get ice cream and ask for extra candy, we get charged just for the bottom half of the cup to be plain vanilla ice cream. Whoever runs this place should be ashamed.

Everytime I try to give this location a chance it's always regretted. They will leave you sitting out there 20 mins for a drink and serve cold or old food they just re drop in the grease. Better off just closing

The food is always old and honestly just shitty.. worst sonic in Tennessee! Went tonight (couldn’t tell you why) they messed up my husbands burger so I went back to have them fix it and the correction burger was also wrong.. like how!? You had one job.. he literally ordered a grilled cheese burger ketchup and mustard only add bacon. The first one they gave us was a grilled cheese with mustard and ketchup. No meat! Even though we paid extra for bacon. The second one was smothered in onions. We will never be back and will ABSOLUTELY spread the word about how bad they are. Even though everyone already knows.

i don't know who decided it was ok to make every customer wait until the carhop gathered 4 to 5 orders at a time before bringing out other customers orders, but it's dumb. 10 minute wait for a coke, 5 minutes after it said she was bringing me my drink. Pathetic!
