The lady making our sandwiches was rushing to finish making them and not listening to us at all. I had told her light cheese and she doubled it by the time she looked up to pay attention to what I was saying it was too late to take it off. She was coughing and not covering her mouth at all!! I was very disappointed with my visit today and it will be a while before I return to try again.

This is the worst Subway I have ever been to. The older lady who owns the place is as greedy an owner as I have ever seen. She refused to take coupons and when I asked for extra oil and vinegar she acted like it was taking money out of her pocket. I will never go there again. Some of the workers are nice but the owner is not. Wont get my money again.

I went in 15 minutes before they closed and was treated with just as much respect as if I had gone in in the afternoon. Subway team member was very polite, made our sandwiches exactly the way we wanted them, and did what he could to make this a very pleasant experience.

Ordered via app at 6:12pm. After 28 minutes the order of a single sandwich hasn’t been started. Wouldn’t use the app for pick up.

Update: ended up taking 34 min for 1 sandwich and kid says it’s because there were 50 people in there. Yeah… I’m sure. Lying doesn’t make the wait better.

I wish these location would get a make over and new owners subway is decent and good but only as good as the owners want it to be and also they have or still have a very bad pest problem that I am not sure. If it's been addressed

The young man that was helping me tonight did an awesome job. (Wish I got his names)!I had kind of a big order with my two kids running around their store. It was empty luckily but he was very very helpful and got everything correct and was super sweet and polite. I couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you subway will be back soon.! Sometimes it’s hard to find friendly customer service anymore! :)

There were 7 people in line and an older lady with glasses was the only one making sandwiches. There were 2 men sitting down at a table and just talking. She needed help. When I was paying, she refused my coupons and I walked out with nothing. I am furious that I stayed in line only for her to not take my SUBWAY coupons and left with nothing. I will never return here.

They refused to take my coupons. The little lady that owns that Subway I'm Greenbrier is greedy. My kid does not like ice in her Vitamin Water snd she also had something to say about that. She told me next time I had to put ice in the cup. Really. I will NOT go back to the Greenbrier Subway. She has been rude for as many years as I can remember. Springfield subway is a lot nicer. The Greenbrier Subway is semi clean and some of their workers are really nice. I just cannot believe the greed she has. And FYI she told my 7 year old daughter next time she had to put ice in her cup... that is the main reason I will.never go back to that subway
