Got 3 taco with extra meat. I looked at my taco. I asked the young lady if this was extra beef since it didn't look like it.

The manager from the opposite side of the kitchen said yes. I asked how she would know she hadn't looked.. as I was leaving, she called me a creep. Me asking a question doesn't make me a creep. I didn't say anything unappreciated or yelled. This was very unprofessional

Every time I’ve been, the staff is friendly. But when it comes to the chips or shells that have to be fried(like the Mexican pizza shells) they don’t change the oil and it ruins the whole taste of the food. Mexican pizzas were my favorite but I don’t order them anymore. You never know if it’ll be good or if it will have an overwhelming taste of old oil. Please change the oil! Also the parking lot is horrible. If someone were to be in the drive thru and have an emergency and need to get out, you are TRAPPED!

Well this is the second time I’ve been there and no one wants to wait on me they say it kiosk only so I left I don’t work there and don’t get paid to order my food so I will not go there anymore I’ll drive to somewhere else to get food

There was literal plastic in my food. Like the kind of plastic that goes over a TV dinner. In my nachos. It made me sick to my stomach to even see that. How disgusting and negligent of this staff. I worked at a fast food establishment for 4 years and never ever did that happen or anything remotely close to this. The Cashier is someone i once knew personally. We never had any issues but she was someone i knew through a family member and they had a falling out. I just hope that this wasn’t done purposefully. I hope this doesn’t or hasn’t happened to anyone else. She was pretty rude at the window also, but i’d like to give the benefit of the doubt she could have been having a bad day. Needless to say I’ll go to the springfeild location from now on.

Theres no quality control with the food coming out the kitchen.
Sometimes your food is decent sized other times they serve you a burrito with half the filling inside.

Kiosk has made customer service a thing of the past.
I stood at the counter for a long time, waiting to get someone's attention to correct my order.
When the young man did assist me, he was very polite and quick, but my food was cold by then.

Dietary restrictions: Not the place to come if you're on a diet.

I don't know what is going on there.. I have always got good food and service but lately the service and food has went down hill I hate to because I love taco bell I pay $21 for my meal tonight and it suck 🙃 😫 😩

I worked GFE and MRCO for more then ten years at taco bell I have never been to a taco bell that has made me put this out here every time I go there I’m severed hard potatoes in my taco like they use the same potatoes the whole day with two managers in there right now how can we justify not keeping up with hold times? I’m sure someone there has to be teaching hold times for the product and if they don’t know to throw old out and drop fresh when the time is up how are yall managers My wife just left there with a 50 dollar order all she got was a pizza the rest was for myself and the kids tell my why there are 10 tacos and burritos on the top of her pizza all items went in the Same bag nothing goes on to of a mex pizza except another pizza then that’s all aloud for the bag except napkins sauce and forks! My wife passed out the food and when she got to the bottom smushed box and pizza after they served me rocks for my spicy potato tacos. Whoever Steve the GM is I’ll be up there when u are at work everyone needs fired evidently u we’re not trained properly to train ur managers and are in capable of running this store

After a horrible experience with one of the male staff members being sooo disrespectful to my mother and also someone there calling and texting her phone after she had called to talk to a manager in April, I'm changing my original review. Not only was the staff member disrespectful, but the text messages were threatening in manner. The manager did not seem to care in the slightest. Haven't been back since. Won't waste my money there.
