Really sweet atmosphere, all of the staff were kind and quick to serve us. The place was incredibly clean, I felt so welcome, the guy working the front register was so quick to help and had a great personality, and it was really just a fun atmosphere. Great food and even better service :)

The night time manager was excellent..I ordered my food and the cook said he was only going to fix 1 Mexican pizza and I needed 2 so I asked for my money back.The manager heard what was said so not only did I get exactly what I ordered plus 2 free nachos bell grande and she gave me my money back and told me sorry for the incident and that dinner was on them..I think she went above and beyond to rectify the situation..

Just wanted to share my recent experience with Greenbrier Taco Bell. I’ve held off sharing to give the corporate representative an opportunity to contact me. I went there last week and a young man there was cussing and being verbally abusive to his coworkers. I did the survey from the receipt as well as calling to report it to the corporate representative. I spoke to the corporate representative last Wednesday and afterwards I received calls from 2 individuals mentioning my complaint and a threatening text message. I say all this to let you know that making a complaint is not safe if you leave your contact information. I’m not sure how they got my phone number and fear they have my address as well. I for one will not go back to Taco Bell!#tacobell #NoMoreTacoBellForMe

Everyone here is always helpful and nice, sure sometimes an item might be missing but they will resolve it quickly without fuss. It’s fast food, that’s the nature of the beast. Sometimes we might even get extra stuff… so in the end, the universe finds a way to balance itself lolStaff is always always kind so I have NO complaints when it comes to cheap fast food being rarely incorrect. Also love the vegetarian and even vegan options, swap beans and most anything can be made vege/vegan(without cheese/sour cream/etc.).Use the app, check the bag, go home happy, eat bad for you food, no need to complain online about a $3 taco. Easy peasy!Vegetarian options: Many options are already vegetarian, can be made vegan by removing dairy products. Which can all be done in app!
