It is actually upsetting to me to have to make this. We usually have the best service, not today. My family went through on 12/7. My son and I got a tea chiller, and my husband got a 7energy. We waited in line around 30 mins, and the tea was not good at all. My son and I couldn’t drink ours. We didn’t want to wait in line another 30 mins. I went back today and waited around 20 mins to be told by a young man who says he is a manager, but I have never seen him there, that he can’t replace the drinks or give a refund. I tried talking to him and he asked me if I was going to order a drink or not and I told him no, and he walked off. I have never been treated like that before. He was extremely rude. I am extremely disappointed we love 7brew and have never really had an issue before today. I would like my money back for the two drinks that were undrinkable.

Surprised by how friendly the staff was here and how quick they are. Line moves very fast and they make the drinks exactly the way we asked for them.
Price is a little high for iced coffee IMO but we will still frequent.

We were really disappointed during our first visit. The coffee was lukewarm and lacked flavor. I rated the staff a 3 for average; the young man who helped us was polite, which is expected, but nothing stood out beyond that. We will give them one more try, and if the experience improves, I will be happy to update this review.

Wrong drink orders… they put about 5 oz of sugar, a wrong flavor. Very rude, should have gotten the guys name who took my order. Short, blonde, short hair. Also one short husky girl who told the blonde teen to spit in it I guess… so yea, very rude. Have a nice day. Thanks for everything you’ve done so far. We really appreciate all the nice service I’ve had, but, today, it was obvious they talked about it before they pissed in it.
