No ketchup in the dispenser but no one there to help you. They should be more aware of what is going on, if the dispenser is broken they should be offering ketchup packets and make them easily accessible.

Ordered 2 crispy fish on their 2. for 6.99 plus beef and cheddar meal. No tartar sauce on sandwich. When I asked for some I was told tartar sauce was discontinued even through listed on menu board . Took my sandwich home to get tartar sauce as sandwich was very dry without it.

I had a great Reuben: it was good tasting, the bread was firm with great texture: it was nicely wrapped and well sauced. The fries were freshly fried and not soggy at all. The person at the counter was friendly and courteous. She checked on us and removed our tray and trash. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. The dining room can use a remodel or at least a refresh. It is tired and dated. The staff and the well prepared food makes this Arby's good. A nicer dining area would make it great

Employees definitely don't like their job. The food was lukewarm. We felt like we were intruding by eating in. Won't be back. I feel bad for the owner, it's so hard to find good employees.
Went in here tonight November 20th 2024 and we are dissatisfied for the first time the employees were playing with a little boy on the counter tops and he was even running up and down on the counter by the cash register which I presume can be a safety concern but I guess it's not at this business and the music was so loud that we could hardly talk while eating our meal and for 5th time in a row there were no cherry turn over very disappointed with service here

It is so slow here there. Never turn on their lights outside at night, So it looks like they're closed and they do this all the time. Wait forever for your food for just still be cold.
