I had a doctor's appointment at 2 so I thought I'd stop for a bite. I'm always looking for a good country cooking restaurant so I thought I'd give Aunt Bea's a try. Their menu consist mostly of breakfast food but they had a board with lots of lunch and dinner items. You seat yourself and a waiter came over and asked me what I'd like to drink. Only thing that has changed here is the amount of customers which is a good thing for business. Went in with a friend the other day for the first time in 3 years had chicken and dumplings with corn bread,fried apples, and cabbage.Very good service and tasty food here!
We were in town visiting some local antique stores. When we visited this dinner and the food was great and so was the price! I love the name of there resturant because I had a Grandmother Bea, it made me think of her!
