Had to wait 5 minutes for them to cook my fish sandwich which would have been fine but that turned into 20 minutes and the chicken sandwich we ordered without mayo was made with mayo and no pickles. Done with the BoTime. I'll eat there when I'm out of town because it's always like this in Greeneville.

This is the first time ever really having a problem. The music in the dinning room was so loud you couldn't even talk to the person at the table with you. Not to mention the music that was playing was not great. I don't care what restaurants play I usually tune it out but this time you couldn't and the lyrics were not good. The food wasn't the best it's ever been and they hadn't prepared a lot of their menu items for the day and it was almost 12 noon. Kinda sad because we usually eat here at least once a week if not every other week.

the fries were way too overseasoned and it looked like the top came off of the season shaker. they were also hard and dry and the biscuit was just as dry and at every other location i’ve been to the food is far from dry

The biscuits were hard;even after we ask to be soft since don't have any teeth right now. They bake them to long and they get hard.

our community is going through a natural disaster and the management of this location has chosen to lock their doors. people have been without water and power for 2 days and instead of doing what every other business on 11-E is doing, and allowing customers to come inside to sit in the A/C, charge their phones, eat, and use the restroom, your terrible manager locked the doors and made this business drive thru ONLY. (the lobby has been open every day prior) how petty is it that you do this to the same people that fund your business year after year, keep your doors open and pay your salary? what goes around comes around & i don’t believe anyone in this community should support a business that behaves this way. YOU DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR OWN COMMUNITY BOJANGLES!!!!!
I'm really upset with this Bojangles today. Me and my daughter stopped there and went inside before work because it wasn't busy at the time. No one was behind the counter at first but a woman came back in apologizing but still didn't take our order because she was already working on one. I mentioned about being short staffed but she said no... everyone is here..they all went outside and left me here by myself. we left and went across the street to cookout. we won't try to stop at Bojangles before work anymore...we will go to cookout across the street from now on.
