I waited In The drive through line for 20 minutes!! Just waiting on two biscuits!!! We went inside to get a refund because I no longer wanted to spend my money here. Just for them to tell me THE MANAGER CANT DO REFUNDS!!! This encounter made me sick and wasted my time.

Since COVID the biscuits just not the same. If you can serve breakfast all-day, why not a breast sandwich?? Breast, cheese, tomatoes, BACON, mayo. It's all right there. Just put it together. Everything already to go.

Everyone here acts like they dont know what's going on. I ask if they have a $10 tender box in the drive thru and they tell me they only have the 12 piece family meal and dont know what im talking about. So when I come inside I find what I need and order it and when I tell the manager about the drive thru she doesnt say anything and just walks away.

First, they switched to AI to take orders and it was slow and not a pleasant experience. Then the server was very quiet and I had to ask what they were saying multiple times until someone else came and helped. And then they forgot my straw and sauce and I had to wait on my lunch break for them to come back to the window l.
By the time we got home for the night and had already spent our money, I had to go without dinner because of this in my grilled chicken sandwich. Thank god there was cheese on it when there wasn’t supposed to be and the mayo tasted bad, so I opened it up after taking a bite, or I would’ve swallowed this. Absolutely ridiculous 🙄
