By the time we got home for the night and had already spent our money, I had to go without dinner because of this in my grilled chicken sandwich. Thank god there was cheese on it when there wasn’t supposed to be and the mayo tasted bad, so I opened it up after taking a bite, or I would’ve swallowed this. Absolutely ridiculous 🙄

Poor quality staff. All 3 times I've visited this location I've had the worst food from the chain I've tasted. Also if you order a meal they can't remember to put Fry's in the bag

Had to wait 5 minutes for them to cook my fish sandwich which would have been fine but that turned into 20 minutes and the chicken sandwich we ordered without mayo was made with mayo and no pickles. Done with the BoTime. I'll eat there when I'm out of town because it's always like this in Greeneville.

This is the first time ever really having a problem. The music in the dinning room was so loud you couldn't even talk to the person at the table with you. Not to mention the music that was playing was not great. I don't care what restaurants play I usually tune it out but this time you couldn't and the lyrics were not good. The food wasn't the best it's ever been and they hadn't prepared a lot of their menu items for the day and it was almost 12 noon. Kinda sad because we usually eat here at least once a week if not every other week.

the fries were way too overseasoned and it looked like the top came off of the season shaker. they were also hard and dry and the biscuit was just as dry and at every other location i’ve been to the food is far from dry
