This place popped up on Google Maps & looked interesting. Sat at bar, couple cold beers while we read menu. Asked the old guy next to me - obviously a regular - Whats good? He said EVERYTHING! Tried the chicken quesadilla & side of poppers. Both came out warm and very tasty! My buddy got the reuben - said it was ok. Friendly people, including the gal behind the bar -owner operator?! We'll be back!
This is the definition of a dive bar in the best way possible. Tiny little place, everyone knows each other and is friendly, and the food is good and greasy. Worth a stop if you're traveling through.
Great prices, fast service, and surprisingly tasty food! I called in a to-go order—chef salads and sliders—and it was ready in under 20 minutes. The salad was a classic chef salad with turkey, ham, cheese, tomatoes, green peppers, boiled egg, and onion on top of lettuce; it hit the spot. The sliders (a cheeseburger cut into four) were way better than expected. I’ll definitely be back for takeout. Not a fan of the smoky dine-in vibe, but it’s totally worth a to-go run.
