I placed a mobile order hoping to get through quickly and it still took over 20 mins to get through the drive through with only two cars in front of us. Then we were missing a chicken sandwich and the one we did get was missing the lettuce and pickles we'd added.

Will not go to this burger king again. I feel so disrespected. I ordered a plain bacon king they put mayo on it and you can tell they wiped it off. Not going back to let them make it right they know what they did when they wiped the mayo off the burger instead of remaking it. So disrespectful

I got 3 small cheeseburgers and 1 large fry to share with my 90 year old parents the hamburgers were all cold could not eat them had traveled to Dr from Jefferson county. Worst burger king ever we threw out and headed home.

If I could give negative stars I would. The young lady at the drive through was very rude and unprofessional when I asked for sauce! She tried to argue with me saying it was in the bag when it clearly wasn’t!

They serve old cold food not to temp or fresh, they always mess up orders and when remade food still cold so they keep serving old cold pre-made food I have watched at least 3 customers walk in due to same issue as I am wring this

Waited 10mins for a rodeo cheeseburger with no one else inside the restaurant. And then when I get it served to me I get no bag or napkins! Please do better in your service and the food was sitting cold in that window 🤢
My first time at this location, clean dining room. Joyful dude who took my order (has braids). I appreciated him. My order came out super fast, before I could even fill my drink. Kudos!!

Tonight's experience was not good. The whoppers were not good at all. The fries and onion rings were okay. The Hershey pie was the best part of the meal. The worst part of the meal was the tea. Both sweet and unsweet tasted like they were made with bleach water. I did bring it to their attention and they were aware of it. We had to pour our teas out and get something else to drink.

The cook has long frizzy hair .working with food .no hair net ..girls have hair pulled back .no hair net .waited to take my order .couldnt hear the lady very well .people didn't seem like they care I was even there.
