We ordered through door dash. Got a message that there was an issue with the order and they were remaking it. Then got a message it was on the way. Then it said it was delivered. No delivery. Messaged the dasher and he said they told him someone else picked it up. He was so sorry and said he’d go back to get it. We called the restaurant and Crystal who said she was the manager argued with my husband saying that a woman picked it up and it’s not her problem. Meanwhile if they actually checked the order it was a man picking it up. So upset because we ordered there at least once a week. Horrible service!!!

At first glance you would think this might be a Mexican restaurant but it's a good Italian restaurant off the main hwy in a small town of Greenville, TN. I spoke with the owner Abdul Elmoumni who told me about his history in Morocco and coming to the United States to fulfill his dream owning a restaurant like Casa Exoress. His dream became a reality and a very good restaurant. The staff are friendly and you feel like your family. Very attentive to detail like drinks brought before they even get empty. I went with the gluten-free pizza because I got cross contamination at another restaurant the day before so I needed a good sold one to easy my stomach. If you have a gluten allergy this is a good place to come with gluten-free pizza and pasta.
Would I recommend this restaurant? Absolutely Would I return? Absolutely Go see for yourself!

We visited today with my brother from out of town . The waitress dropped a marinara sauce on the floor near our booth . It splattered all over my brother’s white shirt . The manager never even came to talk with him nor was there any compensation given. The waitress offered him a piece of cake at the end of our meal . His shirt was literally splattered when this marinara sauce . I know accidents happen but the fact the assistant manager literally avoided coming over to speak to him or offer him even an apology was ridiculous and inexcusable. My husband and I usually visit at least once a week . We will never be back !

Greeneville's former Pizza Hut location since the 70's. Big hangout for us teens in the 80's(61 now). Casa Express not bad. Like the baked spaghetti. The Chopped steak with onion rings is always good.

Our waitress, Sam, was so friendly! Good food. Lots of choices. The Oreo cake was amazing. The bathrooms are very clean. The experience overall was outstanding! Definitely will revisit!

Food was excellant!! Manacotti, baked parmesean chicken with speghetti, salads. Food was hot and good sized portions. Service was the best we've had in greeneville!! Next time want to try the cakes. They looked delicious.

I love this place and their pizza!! However, you do have to pay attention cause sometimes the pizza they bring you will be smaller than the size you ordered and they'll charge you for the bigger size. Salad's are good but the lettuce is all just stems, which I'm not a fan of. Garlic cheese knots are so good!! I absolutely love them!
I've heard the owner is a pain to work for, however. Supposedly he cusses at his employees and degrades them, among other things. The hardworking cook's and waitresses keep this place going. I will continue to eat at Casa Express.

Just want to give a shout out to Casa Express of Greeneville. They catered a meal for our church function tonight and it was awesome! Everyone loved all of the food and Abdul (?) even went the extra mile to make sure there were no mushrooms due to one of our guests having a severe allergy. Thanks again and we can highly recommend them!!

I've heard amazing things about Casa Express and their food, so I stopped in today for a quiet lunch. It was even better than my friends' rave reviews! The food was solid, good choices and options for customization, served quickly. But it was my server that absolutely sparkled. Malaina was so, so sweet and lovely, she was delightful to talk to and made the entire experience amazing. She was training a new employee today and was clearly doing a great job explaining things. Both ladies were wonderful. I'll be a regular customer just so I can hang out with the fantastic staff, with a yummy Italian bonus!
