Use to be a great place to eat but after today I will not be returning. The food was subpar and the margarita was all mix with little alcohol in it. So bad that my friend sent his back. After sending it back they refused to take it off the bill and threatened to call the police. Stick to Monterreys if you want good service and food. This place sucks

I used to love it and it was one of my go to restaurants, but it has gone down hill so bad that I won't be back. The staff is now unattentive or rude, the portions and the quality of the food has gone down and the prices have gone up.

Last time there asked for bowl's to get salsa would only give one bowl for three of us. Was never asked if we wanted refills on drinks. When I went to pay I told her I wasn't happy and I eat there quite often my bill was sixty some dollars and was only allowed one bowl. When confronted about refills said that they was busy not even half tables was full and all three just sitting at table half the time we was there. When I told her I wouldn't be back because all she was doing was defending everyone she just said that's your choice. I will never go back there. Didn't even want to give 1 star .

Ordered beef and cheese chimichangas. They were obviously premade as they were cut open on top and had cold cheese stuffed into it. The meat had no flavor and was mushy. Meat tasted like it had beans mixed with it. Busser's cart one table over full of flies. Table had sweet tea pitcher with no top and flies in it. Waitress dropped off food but never came back until she dropped off the bill. Older lady who runs the register sat there on her phone. Bar had employees things all over it and an employee eating. Has really gone down hill. Won't be back!! Deserves to be closed down by health inspectors.

Me and my wife used to eat they're quite often at least a couple times a month but last Saturday night when we went We placed our order and they brought out the free chips and dip I only ate one but my wife ate a few of them and then I noticed something in the bowl of chips look closer and it was a colorful fake fingernail so I got the waitress to show her and she went on to Tell me that no one there Where's fake fingernails in which I know is a lie I have seen multiple waitresses with fake nails that work there and so we told her we was not going to pay for anything that we got and we got up and walked out And I got the thinking I've watched them bus tables before and wondered if they ever pour the extra chips that people don't eat back into the chip bin which is disgusting if they do and the reason I was thinking that is I noticed that the bowl we had over half of it was nothing but busted crumbs And then that makes me think maybe they don't ever clean the storage container that holds the chips wondering just how long that nail has been in the chip bin And we were just the unlucky one that got it or maybe we're just the first one to notice something like that but other than that that is the first time we've ever had a problem eating there So I don't think we'll go back It just turns my stomach thinking about it

This is the most bland Mexican food I’ve ever eaten in my life. I should have listened to all the other reviews explaining how bland it is. Ugh. I got the pollo con crema. The chicken wasn’t even seasoned. The white cheese dip tasted like it came from Sam’s Club. The chips are clearly from a bag and not freshly made.

Horrible service. ( Rude) no plates with meal. Had to ask. Asked for a glass with drink.None. Meal was skimpy. Food was average. But because of service, won't be back.

Did the dine-in the first time we were recommended this place. They were amazing. This was a Sunday, staff was great, friendly, got everything right. Heading home after my husband had surgery this afternoon, we called in an order to pick up on the way. We asked for beef nachos and we're given vegetarian fijatas instead. Cought it when we got home. Called and asked for a correction, we would even drive the twenty minutes BACK to town. They informed us of what we DID order (even though my other half was driving and heard me place the order) and had no motivation to fix the error. We were wrong, they were right. And they are very difficult to understand over the phone. If you go in person, no problem. Ordering takeout out needs work.
