I love Chick-fil-A eat there a couple times a week
Out of every Chick-fil-a I’ve visited, this one has messed up my orders most often. I went through a streak a while ago where they messed up 5 orders in a row. In addition to this, most Chick-fil-a locations are abundantly friendly and create an encouraging atmosphere… this one is not that at all. Don’t get me wrong… they aren’t mean or overly rude, the culture here just isn’t the typical Chick-fil-a culture. When they get it right here, I’m so thankful to have one in town. But unfortunately, they have got it wrong so many times I no longer enjoy visiting (although I do because Chick-fil-a is delicious 😋). I just wish the culture and consistency of this store was on par with the franchise/brand.
I put in big crew orders daily, and they still handled it quickly and always got it right. Friendly with all requests.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. I have given this place too many times to get my order right more than one time in a row. I was so excited years ago to see this one come to Greeneville because we needed something good. Too many times to count now I have had my order wrong in some way, and all they do is give out free sandwich coupons. At what point do you stop giving away things in order to fix what is truly wrong. As of late the service is very lack luster, and my order is wrong every 8/10 times. Today I went through and ordered 2 meals and a stand alone item. Instead of a parfait they gave me a fruit cup, and it was the last straw for me to write this review. I’ve loved CFA for years, but this location has tarnished that image. Any time I’ve talked to a manager they always apologize and give a coupon. What really needs to happen is the acknowledgement of things that need to be worked on instead of passing it off. I am completely disappointed in this CFA. Fix your store.
