Chick-fil-A in Greeneville is great! The staff is kind and the dining area is always clean. The only downside is that the drive-thru can get backed up and the parking lot feels a little tight during busy hours. Still, the food is consistently good, and I’d definitely recommend it!

What’s not to love, it’s Chick-fil-a! Fast, friendly and tasty consistently
Out of every Chick-fil-a I’ve visited, this one has messed up my orders most often. I went through a streak a while ago where they messed up 5 orders in a row. In addition to this, most Chick-fil-a locations are abundantly friendly and create an encouraging atmosphere… this one is not that at all. Don’t get me wrong… they aren’t mean or overly rude, the culture here just isn’t the typical Chick-fil-a culture. When they get it right here, I’m so thankful to have one in town. But unfortunately, they have got it wrong so many times I no longer enjoy visiting (although I do because Chick-fil-a is delicious 😋). I just wish the culture and consistency of this store was on par with the franchise/brand.
