They have crab legs but have been sitting long not fresh at all . They have crawfish but definitely no flavor and no butter and definitely not hot been just warmed up . They had other dishes that were fresh . They don’t attend or give refills . Definitely could do better at serving a sitting guest down .

My husband and I went to The hibachi like we always do. The chef was carving raw meat right there by the hibachi grill and proceeded to pick up a plate to put my food on it for hibachi. I hesitated, then mentioned that he was cutting raw meat. He went into the kitchen for a very short time, came back out and put one glove on. But he had already picked up the plate with raw meat on his hands and continue to use the same plate. He had a very bad attitude towards me. When my food was ready I was going to tip him regardless of his attitude, but he ignored me and walked away. I tried to get his attention but he continued to walk away. This is definitely a health violation.

I dined with my family of 4 and found the food to be fresh, delicious, and tasty. We dined around 6pm on a Saturday evening where there were plenty of people there, so the atmosphere was lively and all food items were constantly replenished. There were some misses, like the spring rolls could be crispier, and the soups could be hotter, but they largely serve lots of food that were properly cooked. The staff were vigilant in filling our water glasses and asked if we are doing fine. This is quite the gem for Greeneville, and we will visit this place repeatedly.

Went here with a friend for lunch. I thought it was okay it wasn't as Asian as I'm used to but it was okay. I thought they had more of a fried food selection of American type fair than Asian. Will I go back probably yes but it won't be for some time. Like I said it was okay but it wasn't Chinese enough. Don't take offense!

First time eating here. It’s buffet-style only. Good variety of food, but most of the pork products were overly cooked and dry. I found a bone in my teriyaki chicken. The sushi was not fresh and the desserts were very flavorless and artificial - think Cool Whip wedged between everything. Salad bar was decent; however, it’s not hard to get salad right. We were very disappointed in the price overall. Adults were around $13 and there is no difference in price for children. Our kids are 2 and 6. They don’t eat adult-sized portions of buffet food. Sometimes the toddler barely eats at all, so we felt that this was price gouging and a total rip-off. Ended up spending close to $60 for just the four of us and the food wasn’t even worth it. Won’t be returning.
