Well I was there tonight around 8pm, Monday, 3-31-25. The lobby was filthy. The tables were dirty, the area where the drink machine was,was filthy. I could hear female workers singing horribly from the kitchen. I'll pass next time.

I go here as often as possible. Great prices, great food. The walking taco is my fav.
Just left and they got basically the entire order wrong. Like how is that even possible? Was the girl not even paying the least attention?! My husband ordered 2 trays with cheeseburgers no pickles double fries with light salt and an order of chili cheese fries . 1) they did not put cheese on the burger. 2) they added pickles to the burger 3) they added EXTRA salt to the fries and 4) they added no chili to the fries. Are you freaking kidding me ?!!!!

Samantha took our order and met us at the window. She was so patient with us, we have never been there before, it was nearly closing time and she managed to have such a wonderful vibe. Is she a magician? Is she a MasterChef? Is she some sort of cookout genie? A magical wizard who makes sure hungry couples don’t go to bed hungry?
We will never know. Treasure and protect Samantha at all costs.
The food was super yummy. I mean it’s not special, it’s just a fun take on fast food.
We had a feast for less than 25 bucks. We are from Maine and we are grateful for your late night food. Thanks everybody.

The most disappointing place I have ever eaten I ordered the cookout tray which consisted of what they called a big double hamburger onion rings and white cheddar bites. The big hamburger was about the size of the palm of my hand with nothing but a half a head of lettuce one little piece of onion two patties that you could see through there were five onion rings and five white cheddar bites after the girl had told me there would be 11 white cheddar bites... Just say no and never go here this is the one in Greeneville Tennessee. Also I did take pictures so you could see for yourself but they will not allow me to post my pictures go figure

Cook out is good for a quick bite. Shakes are great and food is hit or miss. It's either you like it, tolerate it or just don't like it at all. But very budget friendly.
