My wife and I started exploring backroads from Virginia, passing through Baileyton and found this quaint little place by luck. The 3 ladies were super kind, the food was hot and delicious! The "Cuz's-Rounds were so good, we got another oder. These are the little off the road places that we appreciate, and come back too. Thanks for the memory!!
Best bacon cheeseburger đ đ I have had in a long time,we had them put everything on it, the onion rings were crispy and delicious. You can't go wrong at this place!
Need to train on register better...how to do refunds....left food out that was paid for and didn't know how to do a refund properly!!!

Ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits. They forgot the egg and cheese, so we got biscuits and bacon, had to go home and cook our own egg and add cheese. First and last visit for us.
this was my first time eating and it was very good! food seems to be made to order and was hot and fresh, service was fast and the workers were very nice. the onion rings are what i would consider âbeer batteredâ and kind of have a sweet taste, and the chicken tenders are decent sized. my only complaint is that they tenders were a little too overdone for my taste but aside from that it was perfect! 10/10 recommend

Just went thru the drive through. I was second person in line, got to the window at 5:48 after waiting in line for 5 min. They told us they were closed. They clearly were not closed yet, they close at 6pm and it wasnât 6 yet. they were serving the person in front of us. I wonât be back. As for the food I can say the last time we came the burger was too greasy, we were going to give them another shot. We wonât be back.
Excellent little place to get breakfast on my long early drive from surgoinsville to Greeneville for work. If you blink you'd miss it but great breakfast. Everything pals has and more. Fantastic biscuits, definitely my new breakfast place

Food was ice cold!! Hamburger was raw!! The hamburger meat was fine and grainy! It was more like potted meat!! The fries had a good seasoning on them but that's all.
