Went to cuz's and I was very disappointed. I asked for scrambled eggs and got an over cooked flat egg. Biscuits and gravy have no flavor and they served raw chicken on their chicken sandwich. The employees also sit outside smoking g cigarettes where customers should have a place to sit.

I live in Greeneville and I will drive to Baileyton to get a bacon cheeseburger from Cuz's best burgers in the state. Great service, friendly people. If you like burgers ,onion rings or fries you will not find any better any where, and the prices aren't bad either.

My wife and I started exploring backroads from Virginia, passing through Baileyton and found this quaint little place by luck. The 3 ladies were super kind, the food was hot and delicious! The "Cuz's-Rounds were so good, we got another oder. These are the little off the road places that we appreciate, and come back too. Thanks for the memory!!

It has ben a very long time since I have stopped in at Cuz's in Baileyton. They are just off 1-81 exit 36 in Greene County, TN. I went with the burger and fries. Both were good. There were way more fries than I could eat. I also had a cone of their pineapple ice cream. It was also good. Prices are very good for the quantity of food you get. Staff very friendly.

This is a great little spot to hang out for lunch or dinner on a nice day. They have tables outside and a great selection of basics. The double cheeseburger I got was massive and it came out pretty quick.
