Went there tonight at exactly 9:37pm and they didn’t want to take my order! Went to the window they took 5 min and acted like we wasn’t there. The service is so so BAD!

I ordered a blizzard cake a week ago to be picked up today (Dec 28) for a birthday. I come here had to wait for them to drive back to open the doors (there was a group of girls in a car that drove away after parking then drove back after I was standing at the door), was not very welcoming and when I said I was there for a cake order, they did not have it done. Since they need to freeze it overnight, they could not just whip it up. They offered some premade ones, but I had requested a certain flavor. Thankfully I did not already pay, so I am going elsewhere. Not buying a cake from this DQ again.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! KEEP DRIVING! I have one of the worst experiences with ordering here - the service quality was absolutely awful, even by the bottom of the barrel standards I have for worker quality in this part of the nation!

Los Angeles (where I'm from) fast food is much better.

Ordered a medium Royal New York Cheesecake blizzard this afternoon only to find that it wasn't made right. Appears it doesn't even have the strawberry filling in the middle nor any cheesecake bites. If I wanted just ice cream, I would have ordered a frosty at Wendy's. Would have complained, but I went through drive through. I used to enjoy this store, but something has happened.

I know they work short-staffed most of the time. That is the only reason that I rated service a 4. Wait times can be long, and I'm very understanding of that. My food is almost always hot and fresh, and the crew is polite.

I really like dairy queen however every time I visit this location they are out of ranch dressing.
This time my chicken was over cooked as well as my chese curds. Some of the tables had not been bussed and I was the only customer in the restaurant.

I don't know that I'll ever visit this location again. What a load of trash! Given simi melted Ice cream in drive through, with old banana in banana split, had to pull forward to wait over 20 minutes. Absolutely rediculous! Wait till the food is done before you give the customer Ice cream, and you're supposed to turn the Blizzard's upside-down. Didn't happen. Nothing but excuses from management.

Pumpkin pie blizzard only thing I go for way to expensive

0/5 stars it was just after 5 Monday October 6 Whomever was the drive thru cashier She was dismissive kept talking to and laughing with the cook had out card for several minutes and when she finally returned it to us she wondered off Thankfully another employee Red hair beard brought our ice cream cone I’ve had issues before here but this was the worst experience I’m wondering is there a manager? Is there not someone there to watch over things ? I have No intention of returning to any Dairy Queen

my blizzard was not a blizzard. It was a shake. I went through the drive-thru and the one handing me my shakes didnt do the flip test. Do they still do that? Anyway, it made a mess. For the price, it wasnt worth the mess.

Save your money, time, and health. Ordered ahead and still waited 30min in line for 2 burger meals, with no rush. Finally got the food, bacon was basically raw and the ranch on my burger was ABSOLUTELY out of date. Smelled horrible and was congealed like HUHHH???? I paid $30 for this just to cry about it and throw it away. I’m not even gonna bother trying to get my meal replaced BECAUSE IT WAS SO NASTY 😃🙏

We waited over 30 minutes for 1 blizzard and 1 small cone.
So much horseplay and loud squealing noises like someone being chased. While the one girl was waiting on the window drive thru and walk in customers.
The boy at the register couldn't stand still while helping customers in front of us.
Kept putting his head down on the table and sighing... definitely something wrong w him.
More to say about the nasty place but know that anyone in authority doesn't care.
It's a shame. Use to be our go to place.😔
