Unfortunately, there is no GRILL at Dairy Queen. Microwaved burger that was still ice cold. $10 for cold microwaved crap

We waited over 30 minutes for 1 blizzard and 1 small cone.
So much horseplay and loud squealing noises like someone being chased. While the one girl was waiting on the window drive thru and walk in customers.
The boy at the register couldn't stand still while helping customers in front of us.
Kept putting his head down on the table and sighing... definitely something wrong w him.
More to say about the nasty place but know that anyone in authority doesn't care.
It's a shame. Use to be our go to place.😔

People slow ice cream melts before you get it won't waste me time ever again they should shut it down if they can't find anyone who can run the show

We just stopped by the one in Greeneville. Waited for over 20 minutes. When we finally got up to the window, all the workers were just horseplaying. We got our food and couldn't even eat it. It was cold...not even luke warm. Like it had been sitting out for the 20 minutes we had to wait. $30 wasted. Won't be going back ever.

DQ used to be the best. idk what happened. The workers are rude af. And what in the af is this. You’re telling me this is the same item….
wish they’d go back to how they used to be. also can we talk about the chicken baskets. Says tenders but they give “tenders” the size of nuggets.

After we asked for 2 ice creams and pulled up to the window to pay and get them, they proceeded to hand us 2 sludges. We asked if they could remake them, since they have melted. and so they did very grumbly. They proceeded to hand us one ice cream, and another sludge. Tasted well at least.

Floors looked like they haven't been swept in while tashy ,floor sticky ,food on tables just disgusting need to do better

Drive through help weren't friendly due to my not liking a 2 for 5 burger deal and cone of ice cream dip being $14 & some change. I changed my order because the price was so high from adding chili and tomato.

There was only a couple of cars there. I waited for ever just to place my order and forever. Just to get my food. And they didn't even get the food right or the drink orders, right.
