While living in Afton, I came to this location frequently. The food was okay most of the time. I would order a cream cheese bagel or bagel minis and I’d say about 40% of they were dry and cold. They got my coffee order wrong a lot of the time. I would give this place 4 stars but what really set it back was I had to take an order of bagel minis off because the amount of money I had on my card was short and I heard the girl at the window in the background making fun of me. I was going through a lot at the time taking care of my disabled husband and 1 year old little girl and I just cried the entire way home because she made me feel so bad. If I ever come back to Afton I will drive miles out of my way just to avoid this location. Worst experience ever.

Used the drive thru. Ordered a wrap. They took my payment, and with nobody else in line, asked me to pull around the building, and they’d bring it out to me. I replied, there is nobody in line, she says, “we have to keep our drive thru times down”. Why hand me that inconvenience? Let’s say there was somebody else in line, why inconvenience me then, regardless? I use the drive thru when I’m in a hurry, and you’re deceiving me when it looks like there’s nobody in the drive thru, and there’s actually 4 people parked, waiting on your deceptive ways. I sent an email, they said they’d reply in 2 days. Sent multiple follow up emails, and no response. That was 24 days ago. Well, here’s your extremely deserved 1 star google review. I’ll no longer visit Dunkin because of the deception, and terrible store management at the Andrew Johnson highway store in Greeneville.

Just requesting hash rounds to be cooked longer. They are falling apart every time I come. I thought it might be every now and then but it’s about every mornin.i placed a photo showing they are not all together I think if they were cooked longer they wouldn’t fall apart.

I was in Dunkin a few weeks ago around lunch time and me and my wife had decided to eat our donuts and coffee inside. Well I look over and the district manager had her feet on top of a table THAT PEOPLE EAT OFF OF and didn’t even wipe the table down after she had gotten up. Other than that everyone was very nice and helpful!

The coffee was good and the staff were amazing. They were very friendly and quick. It's not one of the full size shops so space is limited and it's not ergonomically laid out correctly IMO.

Trinity and the night crew was amazing, so personable made the drinks great definitely coming back!!!!
I am over 1 hour to my closest Dunkin. I use to live 5 minutes away from one and I miss it. I am a coffee person with a squirt of flavor. I do not order lattes or any other beverage. I have never had a bad cup of coffee from them. Not a Krispy Kreme fan with donuts but occasionally I will get a Dunkin one.

So when they don't hear you to add whipped cream, they pour half of it out to add it. I am totally disappointed! Greeneville Dunkin has yet again lost my service. I used to come here everyday. But no longer do I wanna pay 6 dollars for this! Pathetic. Do better!
