Manager is never present assistant manager as well. Employees run the store.
Is it really that hard to read a sticker and put the right things on a sandwich i mean bacon and sausage are spelled completely different this happens every time i order from this Dunkin they cant read i think this new crew they have needs reading lessons and lessons on how to make coffee as well because every coffee even the remakes come out messed up

This place has gone down hill. Coffee never tastes good.
I have an insulated mug that was purchased from Dunkin’ Donuts. I was told by someone in the community that you could possibly get a discount and they would refill it. They do not do this at the Greeneville location. When I parked and went inside to inquire about how to refill a mug, and if there was a discount, the employee waiting on me was uncertain. Before he could even turn around and ask his manager, she screamed NO REFiILLS! at the top of her lungs at me. Like I was trying to rip them off or something. It was obvious that the employee was embarrassed by her behavior, as was I. I have no intention of ever going back into this particular Dunkin’ Donuts to have 20-something know it all manager scream at me, the customer, for asking s question. Greeneville companies can only be as successful as their employees allow. This encounter was an epic Fail for this particular location.

Spent $20 on my food and they left out an entire coffee then i called the store 5 times to get a refund or to get my coffee and they didn’t answer a single time.

I stop here 4 days weekly. I would expect better service and attitude out of the employees. Sadly service is getting worse 😞 handing card reader out the window and not listening to hello I have a arm injury I can not hold it ...what part don't they understand. Food has not been the best quality, I'll be looking for a different place to spend my money.

On Friday, at 12:30 pm, I pulled up to the drive thru. I was behind one vehicle. I noticed 2 people taking garbage out to the dumpster. They were talking and not in a hurry. When they finally came back, the truck in front of me left. I was irritated also, but I pulled up to the order kiosk. No answer. I figured maybe it didn’t work, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I pulled on up to the window. No answer. They totally ignored me. There were 3 people working, but 2 walked by, intentionally not making eye contact with me. I decided that it was not worth my time, since they appeared to not want my business. The management might want to take advantage of some teachable moments, and teach employees to treat others like they are valued customers. I don’t know how long the 2 customers in the lobby waited, but I just left.

The people in this place were so nice! I don't normally stop at Dunkin so I'm not use to ordering coffee there; they were so patient and kind to me and my dad asking stupid questions. Everything was clean and quick too.

Paid over 6 bucks for a hot pumpkin spice latte, got a LUKEWARM chai latte.
On my way to work drinking $$$ milk. Thanks for nothing. Not going back.
