El Azteca Mexican Bar & Grill

The worst service I’ve ever experienced! We sat there for 10 minutes before anyone even came to our table for chips or to take our drink order then waited 20 more minutes to place our food order. Our drinks sat on the table empty 90% of the time. The wasn’t very busy. Our waitress was just ignoring us. She was constantly at the tables around us making sure they had plenty to drink and refill of chips. When we asked for a refill on our drinks she rolled her eyes then took her another 10 minutes before getting us a refill. Than when the food came out it was just lettuce with 2 bites of meat (chicken taco salads for both). We then had been there for a hour just waiting for our food. Our drinks was empty again an we had to ask another waitress to fill them up. We asked our waitress for our check and she rolled her eyes again than just “tossed” the check on the table 10 minutes later than walked away didn’t say anything.

Can honestly say I will never be returning to this restaurant after this experience. And I am never one to leave a review but I was just shocked with how poor the service was.

The food was top notch. The pastor was cut the way it should be, not to small, soft and juicy.
I also had the shrimp cocktail. It was loaded with shrimp and about a half fresh avocado on the rim along with fruit . It was fantastic.
The staff was attentive but not bothersome.
The restaurant itself was beautiful and very comfortable.
Great place to take a date or your family.
I highly recommend this place.

I ran in for a carry-out to take to work and it was busy but they brought my food out to me at my car. I didn't get to eat for a couple hours and realized my cheese dip was not in the bag so I called and was told no problem anytime I can come to get it just come on. Well on my way to work the next day I ran by and ordered the same thing as day before and after they replaced my cheese dip he refused to let me pay for my dinner and again brought it out to me at the car where I was on my phone waiting, they were super nice about it all and to not let me pay for the food that was wonderful the day before, was letting me know they appreciate my business. I will continue to eat there while working it's my favorite and they are my favorite people. Highly recommended to anyone for sure!

This is multiple times Ive ordered and they left out the tortillas for multiple orders. This just isnt acceptable. The good would be good if they actually took a few extra seconds to make sure the order is right. But multiple times of this? Sorry but thats a bad review.

Waited for drinks for 20 minutes. Should have walked out before that. Food was served cold. Barely touched it. Won’t be back.
The manager did discount our meal, but the bad taste for a server whose section she neglected won’t fade.

Great food great service they come and check on you at least every 5 to 10 minutes atmosphere was so peaceful overall an amazing restaurant and amazing employees I would recommend and it's cheaper than Cancun
