The managers only cared about helping the drive through. The front or inside orders was so backed up that the food was just sitting and getting cold. No one would help the poor front person. The managers where extremely rude not only to the front staff but the inside customers as well.

Went in today October 26th, 2024, around 12 for lunch, store was not to busy, but it took forever to get our food, the poor kid who took our order even tried to make our food, as the food station was so behind. No awards for speedy food prep here, there was only 3 other people in the dining room eating, the trash cans were over filled to the point no more would fit, no awards for cleanliness either. Way to many people in the food prep area getting in the way and talking, they should of been working out front cleaning up the lobby, first impressions mean a lot, and you only get 1 chance to make a first impression, and this one was totally missed

I've been to this Hardee's a few times now but today will probably be my last visit. Ordering a sandwich shouldn't be so difficult. The last few times, my order has been wrong - same again today, and with overcooked chicken. But even worse, when I go inside to get my order corrected, I was met with an employee with a rude attitude (she was the one who entered my order wrong & admitted this to another employee). Then I asked her if she was a manager, and she said Yes, she was an Assistant manager!!! SHE WAS RUDE WITH A DISRESPECTFUL ATTITUDE WHO DOESN'T NEED TO BE IN A MANAGER'S POSITION!!! No thank you to this Hardee's. I'm sure I'll get the same generic response that y'all see on the other posts.

Breakfast seems to be the only thing acceptable about this place. Burgers are disgusting and smashed together. If you ask for no sauce you should expect to get extra. It smells rotten and is nothing but slop.

We stopped into this Hardees late before close one night, and were getting some food to take home. There was a staff member who became extremely aggressive over the fact we were ordering food to go and began to yell and throw things. I was very upset about this experience. I ended up getting into contact with a Regional Manager regarding the incident; and was offered a full refund. After thinking it over, it wasn't worth it to drive all the way down there over a refund when our meal was ruined anyways. I have ate at Hardees my entire life, but this really changed my mind about the Hardees in my area. I was told that the employee was a growing problem at this location on one of my telephone calls with their leadership. It was sad to know even after the problem presented itself, they continued to allow her to treat their customers in this manner.

Got there about 20 minutes before closing cause I was hungry and hadn't eaten all day due to work and well it turns out they apparently close earlier and sit outside and smoke while watching you pull into the drive-thru and never taking the order till ya leave and go to the taco bell down the street

Waited in the Drive-Thru line to take my order at the box for 17 minutes with one other car in a Drive-Thru after that waiting at the drive-thru window for another 15 minutes decided to park my truck and and walk my dog went inside to pick up my order they deleted it off the screen and moved on and had an attitude and disrespectful it's the guy that left I didn't leave I parked my truck in your parking spot and walked my dog .I was waiting 45 minutes for some fast food before walking my dog .. I never got it... I left.
The drive thru is so slow. I waited 15 minutes for 2 chicken wraps and tea.
