The people are incompetent, took forever for a mobile order and the useless human at the window couldn't figure out how scan a QR code. Also the app does not have all of the menu items available and I couldn't order what I wanted. I'm still waiting for my food as I'm writing this and two people behind me have gotten their food before me, supposedly I'm just waiting for fries. 0 out of 10 for service and quality, won't be returning to Hardee's again.
